Chai latte is supremely good!
Fast and efficient service. EBar has a layout where you can quickly buy your drink and get shopping at Nordies. I like how they placed EBar outside of Nordstroms so that you can also quickly go there directly instead of anywhere else. Their specialty drinks are yummy and priced competitively with national chains ~ coffee drinks, tea lattes, and healthy juices around $ 3 – 5. They also offer some lunch type food options like sandwiches and wraps plus pastries and cookies.
Modern, mahogany atmosphere where you can sip on your drink and watch shoppers pass by. They also have some additional seating in the mall section to people watch.

It’s Opening Day! The new eBar is open and it is a REAL coffee and pastry shop now.
Gone is the little kiosk strangely parked in the corner (as it was at the South Bay Galleria). Here, we have a legit large and moodily lit coffee store. In addition to selling coffee, tea and specialty drinks and pastries, this eBar sells mugs, carafes and coffee beans.
Again, people are lining up today like New Yorkers craving their morning joe. I gather the excitement will die down in a few weeks and this might be a good place to catch up with old friends.
