I went there so excited for my new hair after searching and searching for a stylist who could give me the perfect cut and color. The first of many horrible incidents began to occur after setting an appointment. 1.)She was late to our appointment. In the grand scheme of things that’s really not that bad. She was late by an hour and a half. 2.) once there she badgered me about a relaxer because of the short cut I wanted, even though I stated quite clearly how I didn’t want one. 3.) had the nerve to say I don’t care about my hairy because of the color I wanted so a relaxer shouldn’t be a problem. 4.) Didnt put a cream on my edges to protect form bleach, Bleached my edges FIRST, then the rest of my hair. 5,) after I complained about burning, which eventually got rinsed, she did put a relaxer on straight away. Afterwards no protein treatment or deep condition of any kind. 6.) dyed my hair the wrong color. 7.) used a hot comb to comb out my hair… Not press it. Physically combed the hair with the hot comb without prior detangling. It took me forever to even want to come to this page to do a review, I was that upset. Within 2 days the relaxer started falling out, practically melting. Then a few days after, all of my edges and a section where is felt burning fell out leaving a bald spot. I shaved my damn hair off to save myself the humiliation. Just… Why? It looked cute for all of 2 hours but was wrong from jump. I could’ve handled that all if not for my hair falling out. Seriously… why?
