Domino’s Pizza

Placed my order online for an office lunch. I was able to score some discounts on retailmenot. The pizza was better than what I’m used to from dominos. I ordered a Hawaiian, 3 meat, and an extra pepp. They were not too burnt not to soft just right. My order was for carry out. The pizzas were ready in about 25 min.

Even after over an hour and thirty freaking minutes, my delivery order still wasn’t ready. Unbelievable. This has happened one too many times. My confirmation email quoted me 15 – 25 minutes. I called multiple times to check on the status of my order and they kept dodging my questions and placing me on hold for 10 min at a time. Manager later apologized and ended up comping my meal. While I appreciate that, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon.

50 minutes for two fucking pizzas while about 10 others got delivered and 15 more got picked up. That’s why I stick to pizza Hut. FIrst and last time. Never going again. Made a Unilocal account just to make this review.

FOOD POISONING
I’d actually like to not give them any stars at all. On Monday, I got home from being out of town and wanted food, so I ordered a pizza. Surprisingly it arrived only 45 minutes later (last time it took an hour and a half). I ate, even though a couple bites didn’t quite taste right and that was that. At 4am, the explosiveness began. I got the worst case of food poisoning. I spent all of Tuesday in the bathroom, and here it is Wednesday, missing work and still sick. Will never order from them again.

Not the fastest place to get food delivered. Every time I order from here I end up calling a few times to see when it will arrive because they take their time… Even though I’m only a few blocks away.
The food it pretty yummy — they have chocolate lava cakes!!!

First time at this location and I read some of people’s reviews but I’d have to say otherwise. The customer service was awesome and the food came out in a quick and timely manner. The pizza was great and the Parmesan bread bites are amazing!

For years this location of Domino’s has been my go-​to place for getting late night pizza. Their pick two for $ 5.99 each is a decent deal to get an average pizza, pasta, sandwich, cheese bread or chicken wings. Over a period of time I’ve sampled most of these items and feel that apart from the pizza the only other thing that is worth getting is the chicken wings. Surprisingly Dominos does great chicken wings that would give others a run for their money. Specially the hot wings have a great kick without overpowering the wings.
Quality of pizza’s swing wildly from oily greasy terribly made to perfectly made depending on who is making pizza that night. Get the handmade pan rather than the hand tossed to get a slightly better crust which will run you a dollar more but is worth it. Service is generally fine, with the pizza being ready within the 15 minute window. So if you place your order online picking it up is straightforward. However when they are swamped it could be a significant wait. Unlike Pizza Hut there is no monitor informing you that your pizza is ready so many a times the pizza may be ready and sitting on the heated tray without you knowing it and obviously people behind the counter are too busy to notice that, This results in your pizza getting a nice crispy crust whether you like it or not. Once I complained about this, but instead of rectifying the situation the manager got into an argument with me so I don’t bother doing that any more.
For me Dominos is just a necessary evil which meets a specific need of getting late night pizza, so no wonder I’ve never ordered anything from them during the day for which there are much better options available. This is one of the places that is a perfect 2.5 stars so I’ll be generous and round that up to three.

I placed my order at 6:56 pm and i received it at almost 8 pm. The pizza was so dry from sitting so long not to mention cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave and it still tasted old and dry. I could only force myself to eat one slice it was so terrible. I called the store location at 7:44 pm and was on hold for 7 minutes to follow up with the delivery since the tracker said the driver left at 7:11 pm. I was told all the orders were out for delivery and it takes 30 – 40 minutes from the time the guy left. No apology for the long wait. However, when i ordered online it said delivery time: approximately 28 – 38 minutes. Also the pasta i had ordered was only filled up maybe half way. We have ordered the same pasta for work luncheons from a Carson location it is all the way filled up to the top. I agree with all the other reviews that say they live 5 minutes away and it takes so long. I think this is probably because we are close to the store location and they save our orders for last because it is on the way back. So disappointed with this order.

Place has bad customer service. I ordered a pizza with sliced italian sausage. They called back 40 minutes later to tell me they ran out of sliced italian sausage. When I asked why they didn’t call sooner they claimed my phone wasn’t working. Umm I think I would know if my phone wasn’t working. But anyway after everything I got my pizza in around an hour and a half when it’s a three minute drive down the street. I was pissed. I got the artisan pizza. it was gross to be honest. Soggy crust with a mush of toppings. They also put spinach on my pizza for some reason even though I didn’t order it. Kind of lame I can’t order from here since there aren’t a lot of delivery options around the area but I won’t risk another situation like that again.

Avoid. Pizza has taken over an hour and a half to get here. I’m five minutes away from this Dominos. It wouldn’t take me an hour and a half to get there if I crawled with my teeth.
Customer service has been atrocious too. Put me on hold three times! What kind of pizza place do you guys run over there???

Uh try another pizza place since it’s so hard to deliver to my address when it’s literally 5mins down the street from me, you guys suck!

placed the order for 2 pizzas, watched the cute pizza maker timer online for a little bit and then lost track of time. The pizza was delivered before the timer was done. Yeah. The pizza was very good.

Ordered 5 pizzas for a work event, with a future delivery time to ensure we had food for our meeting. One of the pizzas was missing its toppings, and the delivery was 20 minutes late. Why offer a timed delivery if you can’t adhere to it?

If I could give them negative 0 stars I would, i ordered A PIZZA on a friday afternoon for a work event and it was a disaster, I ordered the pizza at 11:15 i was told the pizza would arrive in 45 – 60 minutes, I called dominoes and advised them we had not received are pizza and the event had already started i was left on hold by the manager who informed me the delivery person was in front the building mind you I was waiting outside, also he left me hold for 15 mins, finally at 12:45 the pizza delivery person arrived which led me to believe he was at the wrong address and he was not apologetic at all and advised me he had just arrived a work and the pizza was cold which pissed me off. I will never order from them again in life and advise you not to also Horrible Service

I don’t order pizza oftem but, if I do from here it’s online! I’ve never had a complaint. My pizza is always delivered on time, mostly way before estimated delivery. Pizza is always fresh!

siempre compro aqui y me encanta, pero ultimamente las pizzas no estan buenas, los toppings en muy poca cantidad, muy poca, es decepcionante, creo que empezare a comprar en Pizza Hut. Decepcionante!

I don’t always order here often, but when I do, I do it online.
I like the online tracker because you can see when your pizza is prepped, baked, etc.
Pizza is good, especially the crust. Wings are good too.
Delivery can be slow sometimes, so you might have to wait 30 – 45 minutes for your order to arrive.

Just like any regular fastfood pizza. I really like the online order tracking because you can see when your pizza is almost done. I’ve used it on my phone and it made picking it up efficient. I like that it shows the name of the person making your order; to me that creates accountability.
I got a medium Hawaiian pizza and 8 piece plain wings for around $ 17. Not bad I guess. The only thing to note is that this is not a sit down to eat kind of pizza place cause there are no seats. So it’s only a pick-​up order place.
