The«new fresh look» at Denny’s is filthy utensils. Went with my Mom for breakfast this morning. We ordered breakfast and opened our napkin wrapped utensils while we were waiting for our food. We were HORRIFIED at what we saw!!! All of the spoons, forks and knives were filthy! They weren’t just filmy looking but had dried food crusted on them! Chunks of food!!! I wish I had taken a pic but was so appalled that we just cancelled our order and walked out. We have eaten at this Denny’s a few times before but NEVERAGAIN!!!

I spent some of my formative years in Baltimore, and Diners are my thing. I spent countless late nights and early mornings in the Double T Diner on Rt. 40. There really aren’t a lot of options for diners out here, and Denny’s is «Americas Diner» and I approve of their self claimed title. If you like old-school tastes, quality food, and cups of coffee served in ½ pound mugs like me, then you will like it here. Nothing that’s gonna blow you away, but it’s always good, always served hot and friendly fast service.

Thanksgiving day! We were fortunate to get a booth waiting only 2 – 3 minutes. Our waitress Lou gave us exceptional service even though the place was packed. The food was exactly the way we ordered. I wanted the premium sausage which was delicious. Thanks to the staff for a good visit.

FOOD: 5 SERVICE: 3 THOSEWHITEBITCHESGOINGCRAZYAT12:30INTHEMORNING?! negative 1048r8w9e828922 This dennys is always great, always has been. I guess it was homecoming for those lowlife hoodlum white girls as there were lots of high school kids. This group of kids were so drunk, high, and poorly educated by their rich parents that they caused an absolute problem. An extremely gentle couple sitting behind us kept looking and I felt super bad for them. They jolted up from their seats and payed up front while exclaiming that it’s too loud. One of the girls was rolling around in the seats laughing like a choking seal. Towards the end of me and my dad’s meal, we shoved food down our throats to the point of indigestion and got up. My dad politely asked them to quiet down and to have etiquette, to which they whitely replied, «oh my god, he LITERALLY just said to have ettiquette cus were apparently drunk and high!!! Sorry that you’re here at 12:30.» I replied with a death stare that would make Satan clench his butthole in fear. I got up and said, «nah, you can’t possibly be drunk and stupid. Even drinking can’t do that much stupidity. Fucking bitches.» And what was more annoying is that our buzz cut hair waiter didn’t do anything. We complained to the front with a large group of waiting people. I NEVER get mad at rude people but this was something else. This made me shame the city that I love dearly. These white girls have put this wonderful city to shame. Oh and if you’re wondering if I’m racist, I AM. I AMMORESOWITHTHISEXPERIENCE. Note to the girls parents!!! EDUCATEYOURCHILDREN, PLEASE. Ate a late breakfast/early lunch at this Denny’s in Torrance, CA on 10÷4÷2015. It was my 1st time there. It was a very busy Denny’s and we had a 15 minute wait. We both had the BYO slam for $ 6.79 each. Coffee was $ 2.09 each. The orange juice was $ 1.99 for a regular an $ 2.65 for a large. Plus, I took photos.

Honestly I wouldn’t go to any other place :). Our server Jorge was very nice and helpful, constantly asking if we needed anything else. I’ve been to other locations like the one on Rosecrans and Inglewood. Hate it. Food takes FOREVER! Overall satisfied! Big thumbs up

Oh my goodness, went here once for breakfast, the place is a junk yard. It felt so unsanitary it was gross. The smell, everything. I couldn’t even finish my food, because of the environment. Hair on my pancakes. Will never come here again. Out right dirty.

Literally the place smells really bad, I noticed on both occasions of coming in to eat(late night) both times the servers tried to direct me to the right side of the restaurant(small dining area to the right when you walk in) by the way — if you look under the tables, the floors are ABSOLUTELYFILTHY! guys, literally next time you happen to stroll in here to eat look underneath the tables(noticeably in the small dining area) and I believe that it has a lot to do with the RANK smell in the restaurant. I don’t want to know how they maintain the cleanliness of their kitchen :/

My Alaskan salmon was made to perfection with zucchini and squash. The whole grain rice had such an amazing texture I almost wanted to ask them where they get their rice from! The waiter was friendly and when he was gone, my friend even said how much she missed him! Of course he had asked his coworker to cover our table. Thank you Denny’s for this memorable dinner for our group of 8!

It smells awful in there. Carpet is such a bad choice for restaurants. I walked in and it reeked of old wet dirty carpet. We were seated as I had hoped maybe it was one section but no it was the entire restaurant. I felt bad and asked my boyfriend if he was okay with the smell but I could already tell he was disgusted as well. Needless to say we walked out before I threw up.

Norm’s was very crowded, so we decided to go to this Denny’s. Plenty of tables and no wait to be seated. Took at least 10 minutes for our waitress to take our order, which would be fine, but that’s also when she took our drink order. About 30 minutes later our food arrived, served by the manager. We did not complain, but he apologized several times. He knew how poor the service was! I went to an empty table to get our condiments. The only positive experience was«Sandra», the waitress from another station that filled my wife’s coffee and inquired if they had taken our order. Sandra was doing three times the work as our waitress. I was not surprised when the cashier did not ask about our experience. Crazy thing was that they we’re not that busy. Breakfast Slam was«meh». I’d say 2.5 stars, hash browns were greasy. Should have stayed at Norm’s, it would have been much faster with better food.

Worst costumer service with employee(Maria) handling the cashier/wait list. She had her nerve to laugh about me with another employee. I brought it to the attention of the person in charge at the moment(Jose) apparently the manager was not available. On the bright side, Cindy the waitress was amazing, doesn’t write down orders and remembers everything. Perhaps Denny’s should reconsider who they assign to greet the customers. A good customer services is crucial for this type of business.

For starters, table was clean but was poorly done. The rag they use left a smell. I went to grab some paper towels and clean it myself. The food; I tried the Fantastic 4 cheese omelette and even though it did not look like it was advertised, it was delicious. I would recommend it. I just hope those who try it, that the cook would make it appear more like how it is advertised to you.

Honestly, there’s much to say about Denny’s just because it’s Denny’s. This one’s the closest one to where I live since they closed the one in Gardena. This location seems to be better than the other ones and more convenient. Food tastes like any other 24 hour fast food diner that’s cheap. I like to go with French toast slam with scrambled eggs or the bacon slamburger with an Oreo milkshake if I feel like it. Oreo milkshakes are bombbbb though :) Service was a little slow with not that many people here. But I don’t really mind since I always end up going so late at night. I always switch between Denny’s or Norm’s for late night. I still can’t miss out on this 2,4,6 dollar value menu here though!

One of the better Denny’s we’ve been to. Even with a line, they are usually able to seat you in a timely manner. Service and food are of Denny’s quality. This is our go to place for breakfast in the area.

Great food, as always. We love Denny’s and this one is right next to our place. Everything was cooked just right. Now, for the bad. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was nice. But the server was rude to us. She was very short-tempered and almost annoyed with us when we needed another minute for our order. We’re pretty easygoing people, so I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what. She didn’t come around again until she was giving us our bill. Which was too bad, because we were considering ordering a coffee or some dessert. The people in the front didn’t seem much friendlier either. Did they all just have a fight or something?

Not bad for frozen food! I didn’t have to wait that long for the chicken fried steak to arrive. They have a coca-cola freestyle machine here but what I didn’t realize is that the server gets you the drink instead of the patrons. I would have no problem getting up and getting my own Coke Zero Orange. What’s a few calories to get up and walk to the machine!!! Anyways the chicken fried steak was good for what it is… Frozen. I didn’t feel like cooking tonight so I just came here and it was raining. I usually don’t eat at Denny’s but eh why not try it out. The service was fast and the server was attentive. I gave him a tip after I paid at the front register(I don’t know if he gets paid minimum wage for doing double duty).
