OK, so our first visit was to bring mom for an eye exam. As we are sitting in the waiting area, we can hear staff laughing and giggling and talking about personal stuff really loud. A patient walked in and checked in and it turned out that they gave her the wrong time (or the patient wrote it incorrectly). In any event, once the patient walked out a bit upset, the staff began to laugh and talk about the patient!
Is this how we are going to be treated???
Haven’t seen Dr Goldberg yet, still waiting to be called in, but so far my experience in this place is not good. Staff and environment are unprofessional and rude!
I’ll follow up with my visit experience.

Dr. Damien Goldberg deserves a high rating because he explained everything in details. Waits and answer all question. Describes the findings and the options for treatments. He also allowed sufficient time for the visit. The office was clean and well organized albeit very busy. The staff was attentive and explained the coverage based on the insurer. A very positive experience.
