Stayed away since the e. coli breakout. Wasn’t worried about getting sick, but a good reason to stay away. They’re always consistent about being rude here. Despite all the bad PR, these fools don’t care and continue to be so aloof and mean. I asked for veggies on the side and was given less than a pinch. I asked for more and all I received was way more attitude than veggies. To top it off, they gave my tiny sides of veggies to someone else. Sheesh. If you can’t handle customers, go to the back and cook. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

I got my bowl, steak looked cold like after I grilled and put in the fridge. Yup it was, the fat was all white… so for being packed and eating… I tried to complain but there were too many people to even bother. I was looking around wondering how people could enjoy cold meat… for being busy, having a reputation for being good, man what a disappointment! Excusable mishaps I understand but serving cold steak meat where the fat is all milky white???

I love chipotle and I come to this one because it is near my job so I come here for lunch. In the past I’ve had some unpleasant experiences for example they didn’t have my choice of meat and I had to wait about 20 minutes for it to be ready and I only get a 1 hour lunch. Or i feel like sometimes they’re a little stingy with their ingredients but today I went in and that has changed, one girl was generous with the ingredients and the cashier was quick and courteous. I didn’t see their badges but on my receipt it said the cashiers name was Evelyn. Good job guys!

I am an addict for a good burrito and Chipotle Mexican Grill in Torrance has really good burritos. Who can resist chipotle style seasoned chicken, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and spicy salsa all wrapped in a warm toasted flour tortilla? When I am contemplating what to eat for dinner when every thing else in the area is closed, a Chipotle Burrito Bowl generally comes to mind. Everything is fresh and the size of the burrito makes for a good meal for two. Chipotle restaurants can be found throughout the country and expanding every day. I highly recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill as a place for good food for the price you pay.

Everytime I try to give chipotle a try it never fails to disappoint me. Almost $ 10 dollars buys you a medium drink and a «chicken» burrito which is basically just a tortilla with loads of rice inside. Hardly anything else was in it. How disappointing. Employees could be a lot more friendlier. Two of the employees were being rude to another new employee. This is a customer service job isn’t it??? Fountain drink area needs to be more clean. Sorry Chipotle but I will never be coming back. Never understood all the rage behind it 2⁄5 stars

11÷04÷157:30p If you think chipotle is stingy with the meat… DONOTCOMETOTHISLOCATION! I wish I read the previous Unilocal reviews. What a waste of money! $ 16 for a quesarito WITHEXTRAMEAT(quesadilla + burrito) the size of a burrito you would get at del taco(maybe skinnier) for at least 4 times less. They claimed it’s small because my bf did not add rice. So we’re paying $ 16 for a handful of meat, melted cheese, & a portion of rice that prolly cost less than $ 1? My bf orders the same thing at every chipotle & although the portion is still questionable for its price, the amount he usually gets is still tolerable. **What is more annoying are the workers’ attitudes. My bf commented on the size when we paid & one worker said with sarcasm it’s because he got nothing else in it. After looking at the burrito myself, I complain to the manager and she is little help. Terrible customer service. Ugh I regret leaving a tip. I would have taken a pic of the sorry as$ burrito but my bf was hungry & devoured it in 2 bites. So irritated that we decided this over Gyu Kaku next door!

This rating is for this location! I love chipotle, the 1 star is not for their food. Today I ordered on the app– a bowl and a burrito and both of them were missing multiple ingredients! This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, ordering on the app and picking it up is not an option here anymore. Bowl was missing cheese AND sour cream. Burrito was missing corn and sour cream.

Sheesh. Don’t come here after 5 pm. They are UNBELIEVABLY slow. Like«don’t bother me now I’m feeling lazy» kind of slow. Lesson learned: Lunch only! :-(

I’m definitely a fan. Being someone heavily invested in healthy eating, Chipotle has many options to fit my lifestyle, and they source their food responsibly, which unique for the price point. I usually get a Sofritas or chicken bowl, and since they have so may options to choose from, I usually change it up each time. I always add the guacamole, which is my favorite from a fast food chain restaurant. Their food is always fresh, and I really enjoy the flavor combinations. They add just the right amount of spice to their chicken and steak so it’s not too hot, but just the right amount of heat. This location is near Yogurtland, which makes a great combination for dessert after my meal. Parking is also plentiful at this location, as I’ve never had an issue finding parking. My only negative comments is sometimes they only give a half-scoop of the meat, the other ingredients provide plenty of filler to keep the meal filling. They also have trans fat in their tortillas, which is why I get the bowls only. I also really like that they have the caloric information listed on their menu’s, so it’s easy to determine your relative caloric intake per meal if you’re tracking your macro-nutrients. The price is right given the amount of food you get overall, and the higher quality of ingredients you’re getting here. Overall, a great fast food chain restaurant.

«You can never go wrong with Chipotle!» I love this food chain, the fact that they claim free range chicken is something I like and I really like the bowls and salads. I got a burrito once but it’s just sloppy to eat. I’d rather get a bowl with the tortilla on the side.

Quite the high school hang out place. Considering it’s right next to a Yogurtland, it’s no surprise that even at 2pm on a Sunday there’s still a line to get food. Parking can be a bit of a pain since there’s lots of traffic in that area so better to park further out around Home Depot and walk over. I usually like to get the three soft shelled chicken tacos with flour tortillas. Add some black beans, lettuce, sprinkle of cheese and some mild salsa and you’re good to go! The flavor is perfect for me and plenty filling.

I was originally at between a 1 – 3, but have since figured out how to better customize my orders so I’m much happier now. The parking and lines suck, but it’s a super busy location. With a row of restaurants and In-N-Out steps away, no surprise. With Home Depot, Lowes, Sams and Costco all very close, the entire Torrance Crossroads area is extremely busy. Service has been hit and miss, but overall, the food quality and prices are pretty reasonable.

Now that Carnitas is back, I can once again indulge in the perfection that is Chipotle. We love to get the bowls there with carnitas mild salsa and sour cream. The chips are perfect little triangles of salty goodness. They compliment the carnitas bowl perfectly. The people who work here are always friendly, and efficient. The line at the door might get long, but they work so efficiently here that the line moves fast. I really wish the other meats were as good as carnitas is. The chicken is mildly spicy, but far too often rhymes leave bits of tendon and skin attached. That is not good eats. The barbacoa is too spicy for this wussy white lady. The steak is often tough.

Oh my Goodness! My friend and I needed a place to eat in the area, and Chipotle’s is were we decided to eat. A great group of people, and of course the food is wonderful. I will tell you, the manager here is obviously doing a great job, to have such a wonderful and positive team. Thank you all!

Good for fast food and I feel like their selections and the variety is limited but the food is very healthy. I had the steak salad with guacamole, and pinto beans I really enjoyed it. The only problem was it took a very long time almost 20 minutes to order. this location is very busy compare to other ones. Also my kids really enjoyed their kid meals, kids meals are between $ 3.75 to $ 4.50 you get a choice of meat and two sides and tortillas and chips and a drink that’s a great price for a kids meal.

This chipotle is my least favorite location I have ever been to. It is within walking distance to my house but my family has started driving to another location because we dislike this one so much. It can be really hard to find parking if you go at a busy time. The line moves slowly. The biggest issue I have with this location is that the portion sizes are HORRIBLE. I am not a huge eater but I always leave hungry. I don’t experience this issue at other locations. Theres been times where my burrito bowl has like 5 pieces of meat. If you ask for a little more, they say they have to charge for double meat. I wish they would just raise their prices a few cents if needed and serve a normal size portion.

This is a typical Chipotle with relatively fast service. The employers are kind and get you through the line quickly. While there are random rushes of people, they handle them quite well. Parking sometimes is hard as it shares the lot with IHOP, yogurtland, and in-n-out, but you can always park a little farther and walk. You can order ahead if you want to be safe and not wait. My usual order is a chicken bowl with black beans, brown rice, mild salsa, corn salsa, cheese and lettuce. You can’t go wrong with Chipotle.

NOONEISRUDETOMYMOTHERANDCANEXPECTTOGETMORETHANONESTAR. This Chipotle I guess it either gives you LESS than the guidelines or it gives you the exact 4 ounces. But it definitely looked less to my sister and me. The lettuce was literally 9 pieces… Seriously. So on the ‘not so secret menu’ you can order a bowl and have soft tacos, hard taco shells, or tortillas on the side. My mom ordered three bowls and ordered 1 hard taco shells and they just gave her this look and said,“we’ll have to charge you for that.” After some mini argument, she ordered 2 more tortillas on the side and the server said«If you order any more, we will have to charge you.» Get your guidelines straight! It’s one tortilla/wrap/shell per meal! Go to the one at Del Amo, they don’t skimp you out and are much more friendly!

Always a great place to come and grab fast food. Service here is always spot on, never had a bad experience at any Chipotle for the matter. Always clean, and the employees are always very friendly and accommodating. Never a rude worker here. Whenever I have some sort of complaint, the supervisor on duty is prompt on resolving the issue. Its location is prime. In a center known as Torrance Crossroads. Tons of parking, but sometimes traffic due to the nearby In N Out burger. Plenty of parking non the less.

Chipotle I love you! What I don’t love is all of your locations. Although this location is somewhat better than the rest it is extremely crowded due to sharing a parking lot with not only an In N Out but several other restaurants and business. Besides the parking the other downside to this location is the fact that Chipotle seems tucked away in a corner under a bridge or something, it’s very dark there’s standing water at all times in one spot or another and it just feels a little dirty and spooky. The food itself is excellent, the ingredients are always fresh and taste great when all mixed together in my burrito or bowl. Their hot sauce/salsa is probably my favorite of any restaurant made hot sauce. It has a nice kick but I do think over the years they have made it weaker and the scoops of it are getting smaller. Talking about smaller the guacamole which back in the day was only 75 cents extra is now up to 1.95 extra which is up from just last month when I visited and it was 1.75 at that time. Soon the guacamole will be more extensive than the meal. I don’t mind at all paying for the guacamole but the scoop has also gone from whoa that’s a lot to I think I got guacamole but I can’t really taste it. But alas Chipotle I’ll be back, I can’t stay away not now not ever!
