I have visited friends who live here many times. According to their feedback and my observation, the previous 1-star review is correct. The building is in a great neighborhood, and has a nice exterior appearance and open courtyard with pool. That’s it! To reiterate, you don’t want to stay here unless you’re ok with letting your kids run free and unsupervised, you easily tolerate a day-to-day noisy atmosphere, and you are willing to solve your own problems with the exception of maintenance issues.

Good: Maintenance happens fast. Pool + Jacuzzi, ping pong table, billiards, and small workout room. Great school district. Safe neighborhood. Walk to YMCA, Walgreens, CVS, and a supermarket. Blah: Managers change several times a year and quality of life rises and falls with the personality of that manager. Bad: Rents increase all the time by large sums even for apartments that haven’t seen any updates in years.

At first, it was great — great location, quiet neighborhood and the price was affordable. But over the past few years, management took on the«you solve your own problems»(with the exception of maintenance) and it is no longer a quiet neighborhood and the monthly rent has gone up while the economy has tanked. Services such as carpet and drapery cleaning all disappeared. They removed the planters which prevented the kids from playing basketball and rollerblading inside the complex so now it’s a huge playground. I think if you look hard enough, you can find better, I did.
