Great tasting food. Restaurant is clean and employees are very friendly and attentive. Service is fast either thru the Drive-thru or dining room.

It’s rated among the top of the fast food burger chains on my personal list. I used to love their spicy chicken burger for $.99 But what made Carl’s Jr better than the others was their crisscross fries and ranch packets. Mc Donald’s do not have ranch packets except the ones you pay for that comes with their salad, Burger King carries buttermilk ranch packets… out of those three leading fast food burger chains, I preferred Carl’s Jr. When they started their six dollar burgers, I wait for their mail coupons to for the buy one get one free six dollar burgers. My favorite is their guacamole six dollar burgers and their chicken sandwiches. Recently I visited Carl’s Jr for their THEREALDEAL $ 4 as it was advertised on the billboards. I wanted to check if it was real or not. And it was! It is the REALDEAL! A double hamburger and spicy chicken sandwich with a med drink and med French fries! I think it’s pretty worth if you’re low in cash and really hungry. But if you’re wanting a good meal I would just order the other burgers.

I’ve been to this Carl’s Jr. on a few occasions and have never had an issue. It was never overly busy. I’ve been inside and the place is pretty clean. The drive-thru is never an issue. People have always been nice. The El Diablo Thickburger is fantastic. Sooooo good. I gotta hit this place up again soon.

False advertising! The photo of the All Natural Burger shows a thick juicy burger but reality is it’s VERYTHIN and small. The lettuce, tomato, onion and bun dominate it! I’m giving it 2 stars rather than one because I appreciate Carl’s effort to offer grass fed non-hormone/antibiotic beef. Plus the staff is terrific! However, it is inexcusable to charge that much for a burger the size of McD’s smallest one!

I stopped by this Carl’s Jr. around 7pm on Wednesday and ordered«the $ 4 read deal. Honestly I was skeptical as I had a bad experience a couple day ago in another Carl’s Jr location in Torrance. It took more than I expected to receive what I ordered, about 10 minutes. It seemed fried potato was taking time. After a while, a service staff came with order and offered a free dessert. It was not quite necessary but thoughtful gesture. Other service crews took away the tray when I finished eating and suggested to bring a drink refill. I felt that they are paying attention and quite polite to the clients. The store was clean and well-maintained. Although their cooking operation was slower than it could be, I would like to give them 5 star for the service of hall staffs.

I should of looked over the reviews first! Close to work, convenient but the cashier got my order wrong! Then didn’t even give my the difference on the price for the meal! Which was less! Will not be coming back! Oh yeah and the floor was super sticky

#1 slowest service in southern California #2 every employee I’ve encountered here is beyond rude and shouldn’t be in customer service #3 I ordered a bacon biscuit add egg and was rang up for a bacon egg and cheese with no cheese. I did not order it as a BEC because I save $.50 the way I ordered it. Cashier just rang it up whatever way she wanted and was mad when I asked for a refund. Just DOYOURJOBANDDOITWELL! I used to manage in the food service industry and I know it’s not that difficult. Especially when there is 2 total customers in the store at the time of my visit. I HIGHLY doubt I will every give this location my business ever again!

Even tho this location is closer to me I’d rather drive farther to the location on PCH. This one has the worst customer service an always get my order wrong. Once in my order was jalepeno poppers and cross cut fries(my husban eats his fries with ranch he hates ketchup) so I asked for more ranch since there was only two in the bag and I use both for my poppers and she responds I already put two in. Umm I asked for more she acted like she’s paying for the ranch out of her own pocket! She handed me 1!!! I was like really?! So I gave my hubs the 2 and I ate poppers till my ranch ran out and threw away the rest because stingy employee wouldn’t give me EXTRAS. And they always put onions when I always state no onions and I make them repeat my order. So ya won’t be goin back to this one !

Rude and inaccurate service… abandon ship! Feel lucky if they get your order right, more often than not they get it wrong. The most recent was when I ordered a Single All Natural Burger W/O onions when I got home I found that I had received an ½ pound Most American Thick Burger with onions and a RAW wiener. That was the most recent of many orders that were wrong or poor quality. So yesterday June 25, 2015 around 6:30PM I decided to walk in so I could make sure they got it right before I went home. Nobody was working at the counter, I kept waiting along with 5 other customers who had ordered. About that time a young dark haired male worker standing at the take out cash register started chewing a fellow, much older female worker, for accidentally saying oh my god at the drive thru window with her mic. open. Was she trained first? I think chewing out a fellow employee in front of several customers is humiliating, totally uncalled for and insulting to customers. No one ever said we will be right with you, sorry for the wait, nothing! After several minutes of waiting I walked out and will never go back to that store again. Shame on Carl’s Jr. for allowing franchises like this to operate under their name.

Never ever think of going to this particular Carl’s jr. It would be a utter waste of money. The chicken burgers were cold and stale and so were the onion rings. Not going again! Never!

Wow! they only have two stars? Ive been in at least ten times and Ive found the experience to be at least as good as every other fast food spot. The employees are a lot better than average in attitude.(Remember everybody what the industry standard is for fast food spots)

Horrible drive thru customer service every time I go through. They always cut you off when you’re ordering and their tones are never positive.

When it comes to fast food burgers, my go to is an In N Out double double. But I had to make an exception today since my Mom loves Carl’s and to satisfy her craving I had to come here. There wasn’t may be at most 7 people at the counter. Most of them had ordered. Placed my order for 2 famous Stars and an order of crinkle cut seasoned fries. From the time I ordered it must’ve taken close to 15 minutes to get my order… this is fast food? Well I expected my food to be at least fresh and hot. From the looks of other reviewers, this location has a problem with slow service… and it was no different from my experience here. By the time I got to my Mom’s, which was merely a 5 minute of less drive on a unseasonably warm summer day in the winter… gotta love living in So Cal, as I digress… the food was lukewarm at best. The waffle cut fries were more like bordering on luke cold. The bun on my famous Star burger was so soggy that it was on the border of unappetizing. The things I do for my Mom… however next time she craves a burger, I’ll persuade her towards an In N Out burger!

Getting your man to eat a salad is not always an easy task! Dressing it up with some cranberrys and walnuts and apples — may help or scare him off, or you can do it the Carl way and put Kim Kardashian rolling around on a bed eating it. So i give in to my curiousity to try the Big Carl and opt for this salad as a healthier side. As expected, looked nothing like the commercials. Also, you have to toss your own salad. once you put the burger together the way it should be and pour all your ingredients onto the lettuce, the food aint that bad considering it’s fast food. the bf ate the salad, but i know he’d never order it on his own. u can’t really force a man to do anything. now if Reggie fumbles the ball on Sunday, we all know who to blame.
