After they change management few months ago, my husband and I went in again after thanksgiving. The sales person is much more knowledgeable, friendly, explained to us which model fits our need more. The products they sell is called«open box» may have some scratched and dents. But price is unbeatable! We purchased a refrigerator with 1 year warranty, Home Depot sell $ 2,999, we bought from Black Friday for $ 1,699. Great price! Good product… Then we got a bedroom set queen size with 10% discount. So far we used the products for little more than 1 month. We have no complain, we love this kind of discount store. Recommend to purchase extended warranty(my husband said)

Get no stars. But I need to leave a star rating for me to post this. Advertised online as a big discount. Wasted the drive and time. Walked in thinking I’ll save a couple hundred but seems they sells refrigerators over the budget and less on warranty to one yrs. So disappointed. Going with a secure retailer for a better price and a guarantee 100% warranty for 3 yrs.

If I can give them a negative I would Eloy the manager Ontario location said he would send me an LG stove send me a picture of the one he was going to send or something similar… when I spoke to him about the stove he said that he said on the picture he said that’s the only dent it had so I said great send it when I got to the Torrance location it wasn’t the same one he showed me it was BIG dent on the right side, on the back, and on top. When the lady at the Torrance location was unwrapping the stoves she accidently cut herself with the scissors, her bleeding did not want to stop and there was no bandaids for her to use… thinking it was mistake I called Eloy and I asked him about the stove that mentioned and with a rude voice he said it was sold already when he said he was going to send it. I was getting so upset because he just didn’t care he could of at least apologied but no nothing. When I mentioned that his employee got injured and cut herself he said and like he didn’t even care. I told him he needed some first aid kit poor girl she was almost crying. And his answer was«oh really I need that» I had to get that poor girl my first aid kit from my car. TERRIBLESERVICE with ELOY he shouldnt be in customer service
