When the time came to purchase my first home, he was by my side every step of the way — home showings at my convenience, doing a comparable market analysis for each property for which I expressed interest, recommending and accompanying me to the loan officer meeting, explaining the sellers’ contract and home warranty in plain English, being present at the home inspection, and utilizing the latest technology to make the buying experience super convenient. He was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on education and analysis, not guesses.
