I rented a unit after several phone calls and emails from out-of state, advised to buy the best lock they sold, lined up movers for my precious cargo, only to find out the unit I was given was primarily used to store cars, and was filthy, loaded with cobwebs in every corner n crevice, unswept, standing water in corners,(I could go on) and looked like the oldest, run down unit they had. The pictures online of the facility do not represent what you see in reality. I told the manager my disappointment with the unit, and he could not say much besides he was sorry and could not leave to look at unit at that time so I returned to see if he had time to look at unit and resolve my issues and he did not have a customers best interest in mind, he flat out didn’t care that my furniture was stored in a dirty unit with the cheap padlock, not the one I was advised to agreed to purchase when setting the move up, and he was too frustrated with his own busy schedule to resolve anything. Sorry, AAA Self Storage, that’s not the way to do business. Who’s the owner of this place anyway?
