The UPS Store

I’m not usually one to go to a store as they close because yes, I think it’s kind of rude but who closes at 4pm on a Saturday?! So, literally I walked up to the door and it was locked. I looked at my phone and it was 4:01pm. The lady working there was standing by the door just looking at me and shaking your head that they were closed. Which is fine. After looking at the hours they closed at 4. From my view as a customer, I’ve been in her shoes but knowing what I needed done it would’ve probably taken her 5 minutes max. If it was me as the employee, I would’ve just helped out the customer or at least opened the door to see what she could do to help. Now she lost my business and I’ll have to wait till Monday to take my money else where. I don’t mean to complain but living In Tooele, you should know there’s not many places to get certain printing done and if you close this early, well, your business is probably losing money.

This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ruining several dozen photos I had taken in to have laminated they tried to correct them, failed yet again, and then refused to correct them a final time. I wasted hours of time across several days not to mention my photos, receiving no compensation, as I couldn’t provide a receipt for them. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!

The reason the store received 2 stars is it’s convenient location and printing/​copying/​shipping services in the Tooele area.
The reason it did not receive any more stars is that the lack of customer service at this store is terrible! There has been only one person in that store that is nice and seeemingly enjoys her job. The rest of the employees look, act and treat you like they could care less.
I was treated like I didn’t know what I was doing, an inconvenience in their day, and was responded to curtly and despondent. It definitely didn’t make me want to return!
On principle, I’d rather use Copy Cottage in Stansbury for the same services and MUCH BETTER customer service!
