I will never take my car to any Carrubba Collision again. My car was in an accident, I took it there because it was the first place that came to mind. What a mistake. My car has been in the shop 4 times in the past month, 3(times) of them because of their mistakes. The first time they said that there was nothing wrong, they couldn’t Hear the grinding notice when my car was in reverse. After I got the car back it still continued to make the noise so I took it back. Now, they finally hear it. Turns out THEY(admittedly) put the wrong torque bracket on my car and my transmission was slamming into my engine. After they replaced that, the car had no heat, so I had to take it back AGAIN. They just called me and told me they noticed it was not working correctly last night and that this morning its incredibly working fine again. I’m going to pick it up after work and we will see how good it works. I wanted to give this place 1 star but the customer service is decent and they paid for all my loner cars with-out issue(as they should have). If I ever need collision work done again I will NOT be taking it here, that’s for sure. So I pick up my car this time, for the 4th time. I get there and they say the car works fine and the heat is working perfect. I told Them I wanted to see how good it worked. We started the car let it run for about 15 mins, and what do ya know. Cold air still. At that point she told me she was going to her production Manager. After about 10 mins of sitting in the cold car I went back in to see what was taking so long. She tells me he left(you couldn’t have come out and told me). So, at this point I asked what now? she tells«just take it to the dealer». so that’s what ill do I guess.

I don’t normally visit collision shops … but when I do it’s cuz I smashed up my ride. Sooo today my mustang was in an accident and I needed a Geico Adjustor to write up a damage report so I could take it to get fixed, «a$ap rocky» quick! Needless to say Mr. Keefe was so professional I dried my tears briefly while he composed his list of parts and prices. $ 4,000 in damage in case anyone was wondering(FML). And what was nice is they cut me the check right there on the spot and didn’t have to wait for it to arrive by mail! I was able to take it the day of the pile up and not have to wait a day or two for the green gecko to come assess the damages. Which is great cuz that just means it’s days closer to being fixed. Back to the facility, the places is very clean and the other staff members, which I believe work only for carubba were friendly and offered me coffee and water. Knowing I just smashed up my 2013 mustang pretty bad I really wanted something stronger like a bottle of goose or maybe some jack but I didn’t want to be «that guy», so I stuck with the coffee. Lastly I would have left my vehicle there however my preferred shop is at Scal koll on transit rd in Lockport, and I have been dealing with them for other incidents I’ve encountered in my driving career.

Nice people. But Geico liked they said Carubba would write me a check for my damages on site. Now I have to wait to get it in the mail. This is a good place bit inconsistencies like this really disappoint.
