The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, do not use the drivethru for anything. It takes about 15-​minutes just be acknowledged. Apparently there are not enough employees for the amount of customers they have. If you want to drop off a prescription, you need to wait in a very long line with people who have questions and are picking up prescriptions. There should be a separate line for dropping off prescriptions. It would be much easlier for the customers. Many neighbors I know have decided use other drug stores because of the long wait at Walgreens.

Horrible experience with the photo department. Ordered christmas cards and got an email that they were ready. When I went in to pick them up the girl could not find them and said maybe she could print more out tomorrow. It was not very busy and she did not look very hard. I let her know that I went out of my way to come there because I got an email that they were ready and she didn’t really seem to care. That’s when I asked to speak to a manager. It was her. I will never use them again. Horrible, horrible customer service.

this is one of the worst walgreens there is. they do not know how to handle prescriptions at all. if I drop off a script for insulin should I be told it will take 3 days to get in when I told the person who took the script id be back tomorrow? when you are told the wait is 15 – 20 minutes should you still be sitting there 45 minutes later? the other day I tried them one last time and was told an exact time (30 minutes) my script would be ready, I wasn’t in a hurry so I did a few things and came back about 4 HOURS later and it was not done yet. there was no insurance problem, it was not a ‘pain drug’ either. they just cannot get there pharmacy organized like the CVS right down the road from them. which is where I will be going from now on.

Very nice staff. Very clean. Usually well stoked. Only complaints are that the line is always a little long and for some reason the parking lot is always full. Not quite sure why, its not as if its a tiny parking lot.
