U-Haul Moving & Storage At Route 37

I had a hitch installed on my truck today. I scheduled the appointment using the u-​haul website and received a $ 10 discount for doing so. I contact the called the night before my appointment to set up a time. I was told to be there at 7:30. When I arrived I was told by the staff that apparently the website did not check their appointment book because the earliest they could take me was 9:30. After some discussion we changed the time to 1:00 in the afternoon. I left a bit perturbed.
At 12:45 I received a text message and phone call to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, I was immediately taken in. Both of the staff members apologized for the inconvenience of having to return. After 45 minutes the job was done. They refunded 2/3’s of the installation price ($ 40 out of $ 60) because of the confusion and the fact that I had to return. Additionally, they beat all other local competitor’s prices on comparable hitches with installation by $ 120-​$ 150.
Overall, when dealing with just the local side of this company it was a great experience. The staff of U-​Haul Moving & Storage at Rt 37 truly put customer service and satisfaction as their top priority. I highly recommend them!!!
