LensCrafters staff was rude and very condescending. Very stuffy attitude. With a straight face they wanted over $ 400 dollars for hi-​index lenses only. I bought the frames from them years back but they seem not to care about that. Their competition was at least 50%-65% cheaper.
General observation is that LenCrafter corporate has a failed business model, and will go the way of blockbuster video within 5 years. If MAJOR changes are not made. Until then they price gouge persons who actually buy from there. (My heart goes out to the large elderly population, in town on fixed incomes, who may not know of better options. Go to Costco, Bjs, or reputable places online, for better prices.)
Bottom line I got the high index lenses for $ 105.00 which was over $ 300 dollars saved. There is NO reason for LensCrafters to be virtually double of the average eye-​wear center locally.

Been here a time or two for glasses. Pretty good selection. When they run a sale prices are good too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great experience. Two brothers run the doctor’s office and the store and really take care of their patients/​customers. Ask for Michael when buying your glasses. He’s a pro, great to work with!
