Stopped in for lunch after reading some rave reviews on Unilocal.It’s hidden in a strip mall that if you blinked, you’d miss it.
Moderately large restaurant that is clean and plays Mexican music so that really put us in the mood. We ordered the guac to start to go with complimentary salsa and chips.
There were some nice lunch specials but I opted for a chorizo soft taco and a beef empanada. My friend had the El Familiar special which was a flauta, beef taco and chicken & cheese quesadilla with refried beans and rice. We were in and out within 20 minutes. The service was quick and the food was so good, we gobbled it up. The ingredients were so fresh, you’d wanna slap the food. MUY BUENO!
Sadly, dinner was already prepared at home otherwise I would have ordered more and dinner to go. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall this place is awesome! Very clean, great service, and super affordable. Big menu filled with all of your favorites and than some, plus a smaller specials menu! Perfect for takeout, lunch or dinner.
Some of my personal favorite dishes are the chicken Poblano, garlic shrimp, and chicken chimichanga!
For dessert I recommend the ice cream w/​sweet chips!
