The ultrasound tech its the coldest and rudest person I have ever met in my life. He never smiles, talks or explain anything to me. He rushes through the appointment. I always wait and wait to see him and when i get there he literally spends 3 – 5 min. That is one of the reasons I will probably no t be coming back. I believe if you are willing to work with patients you should be polite, nice and not as rude and cold.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sohner for years. She was the one who diagnosed my Adrenal Fatigue which was very impressive since that isn’t her area. She has helped me recover from it and I’m now learning it never goes away but can be managed. Dr. Sohner is VERY professional and very intelligent and understands the the WHOLE body and how it functions together. She knows more then just OB/​Gyne. The only complaint I have as of lately is their receptionists and how long it takes to get an ultrasound. It seems that if you have an appt. the Ultrasound Doc picks and chooses who he takes next.

Very disappointed in this office. I called to make an appointment or have something called in. I was told by the front desk girl she could get me in Tuesday for an emergency issue. I asked Politely if I could speak to a nurse as I needed assistance and it’s only Friday. She said I will send a message to her but she might not call you back. WHAT??? I understand Dr’s offices are very busy but I would like to talk to someone that is a little higher up then the front desk scheduler. It blows my mind how people can treat patients especially when they don’t know if the patient needs to be seen asap or not. She did tell me I could go to the ER. I even explained to this girl Last time I went to the ER they misdiagnosed me which caused more issue so to excuse me when I refuse to go to the ER for this issue. It’s so sad when you love the Dr’s but their staff can make the whole process horrible! Needless to say I will be finding another OBGYN.

I now have to bring in my own depo shot (more hassle for me), but even with that they didn’t tell me till THE DAY BEFORE. So I then ask them if they sent it to my pharmacy and they claimed they did. So I called my pharmacy the next day and it’s not ready. So I call again to ask for them to send it and they now claim I need my annual… uh and you couldn’t have told me the last time I was in?
Even with that problem you’re usually waiting in the waiting room for about 30 minutes past your appointment so bring a book.

The lady’s at the front desk are AWFUL, they are very uneducated and unwilling to help anyone. Rhonda is the ONLY person there worth anything. The triage nurse is super rude, and they refuse to help me with me SEVERE MORNING SICKNESS that has caused me to start throwing up blood. Awful awful place

This doctors office is all about volume & not about quality! They are always behind on their appointments. Lately every single appointment I had, I could never be seen & be out the doctor office never less than 2 hrs. Why do these ppl set up for an appointment & I could never be seen on time, no matter how early I would show up. The waiting area is always full, screaming kids running around & hardly no where to sit as if I was at the foodstamp office. I had try to speak to a «office manager «about the lack of in quality the office had lost within the few years & this lady acted like she ready didnt care, as long as she had a job it was not her consider. She could never tell me why every single appointment I had would last so long. Seems like if I was always waiting on someone to be seen & then rushed out if when finally got seen by the doctor, as if they double booked my appointments. Im so glad I found another better doctor office than respect my time & always let’s me feel not rushed.

It is easy to make a reservation over the phone, and all of the staff are very friendly and polite. The nurses can send your prescriptions directly to your pharmacy and even give you free samples of your prescription if available.
My only complaint is the wait time. It doesn’t matter if there are three people in the waiting room or thirty. You will most likely have to wait at least 30 minutes to get called back (I’ve waited up to an hour and half before), and then another 10 – 15 minutes in the examination room.
