I sometimes stop here in the mornings for a drink before work, but I try not to because they are SO slow. Well, today the hours say they open at 6. I went at 7:05 and they were closed… There was a car there, so I’m assuming someone was in the building. But, after sitting for over 5 minutes without being helped I finally drove off. I tried to call 3 times to see if they had a change in hours… shockingly(not), no one answered. I’m really not sure how this location stays open. They are continuously the WORST location that I’ve ever been to.

I’ve ordered the same milkshake the last 3 times I’ve come here, a peanut butter blast milkshake with Butter Finger and Reese’s Cups. Simple enough, right? What do I get every time after you charge me extra for my crushed candy bars(that are never in the milkshake)? Peanut butter ice cream with whip cream on top. Every. Single. Time. I think it’s time to fire everybody and restaff. Waited almost half an hour, was promised my order was correct(on each and every occasion), and still wrong. Constantly closing before actual closing hours, cold food, incorrect orders, ridiculous wait times, and employees who seem to care less about their jobs. C’mon, Sonic, you’re better than this.

This is the WORST location EVER!!! Every single time I have ever been here something was always wrong. The people there are rude and impatient and they NEVER get your order right … I have never seen a place as unprofessional as this. Today was the last straw we will NEVER go back… What’s really sad is 90% of our trips there are strictly for drinks. They ALWAYS get them all wrong and I am not exaggerating that… This is a Horrible Sonic!

The worst sonic ever! Sitting in the drive thru right now for the past 20mins. Get to the window and they don’t have the order. We give them the order again 5 times. I hope it’s correct because we are still sitting here as I type. His idea because this is not the 1 st time they have been horrible. I will not be coming here again. The girl in the window Hernande(says on receipt) was polite. But not apologetic enough.

Repeatedly the worst service and attitudes at any Sonic I’ve ever been to. I only return because it’s so close to home but today was the last time. After sitting at the drive thru for about 10 minutes with no greeting of any kind I pulled up & asked if the speaker was broken and as the girl rolled her eyes she said«no, did you wanna order?». I simply said no thank you & drove away after that.

I would like to let everyone know that the sonic on springcypress and 249 is being taken over because of the issue’s please be patient if you can with us while my manager and the management staff there get this place back to where it was I know you guys have been waiting long day long long time during the day and I personally want to say that we are trying our hardest to get this place back to being number one again it saddens me that this has gone on would greatly love our customers and we do not want to lose any of you please be patient and know that we are fixing this issue it just takes time I just started there on the 1st of this month this was the best sonic when I was working there years ago and I know it is crazy and long waits or hard to hear. We are in the process of getting things replaced and fixing the staff so place don’t not come again please come see us and watch we will get better. I know this. Because this was a awesome place once before and it will be again as one of the team members there I apologize for any of the bad experiences any one of y’all have ever had if anyone has ever been rude to you if anyone has ever not giving you the attention that you need as the customer and the focus that you need as a customer I as a team member want to apologize truly it will be better hopefully sooner than later and hopefully we won’t lose any more customers I just do hopefully pray that you will all come back and see us again

Worst sonic I have ever been to. It took 45 minutes to get my food(1meal) only for it to be wrong and had to wait another 10 mins to get my order fixed. Took nearly an hour to get a single meal. Definitely go to another sonic instead of this one. Won’t be back.

Sloooww! This is one of the slowest Sonics that I have ever seen. It’s in a convenient location but we have given up after ordering twice. We only had drinks and we waited behind two cars with order issues. The staff kept going to the window asking questions. It’s Sonic. How complicated can the order be?

Crappiest sonic ever. Orders are usually wrong if you even get waited on. Pressing the button at the menu is infuriating because you may or may not get a response. Please shut this place down and put a better restaurant here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a lg water, sm coke, sm sprite, sm sweet peach tea and a md Dr. Pepper. 20 minuets later I asked if out drinks were coming soon. The guy said he was the only carhop which was a lie. There were 2 others. We pushed the button twice and the manager hung up on us both times. Another 10 minutes later I went and asked for our money back. The manager was rude and 15 minutes later refunded my money back. I could understand if we ordered a difficult order but it was pretty simple.

This sonic used to be excellent but over the past couple of years they have gone completely down hill. Every time I come to this sonic they either get my order wrong or my friends order wrong. Drinks are always watered down from sitting out to long. And they always seem to forget the condiments I asked for. The workers are slow and rude! Won’t be wasting my time with this sonic anymore.

2 drinks should not take 30 mins to get. This is possibly the worse sonic I have ever been to. Go to the other Sonic in Tomball or the one off spring cypress. I don’t know how this place stays open. The service is horrible. Avoid during happy hour as well cause you will not get your drinks without an unreasonable wait.
