My visits to Laurie’s continue to be disappointing! The lack of friendly customer service is a SIGN of poor training and integrity for quality customer relationships! What an inferior representation of such a beautiful store. It is important that a business reflect their passion the minute a customer enters the store. This business is weak in their price points. They triple price items from the manufacturer if not quadruple their prices on some products even for design consultants hoping to be repeat customers. What a shame not to want a loyal customer base to work alongside in this sweet Tomball community. A lesson in building community-​based relationships by offering quality service with quality products including fair prices should be noted. I will no longer be a patron to this business nor will I recommend it to others.

Beautiful and unique pieces. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Nice selections of distressed wood, french provincial and shabby chic.
