Okay so i rented a sectional from the Aarons in Tomball Texas, I finally got it eeek so excited my first sectional it will look so cute… NOT SO MUCH!!! It was not even the correct one it was a totally different color and supposed to come with an oversized ottoman. I called and called to remind them i still had not received my ottoman. WELL… The reason that never happened is because the store manager Edward completely forgot to even order it. Well finally fed up with the business i had them come and pick their couch up, they did so but not after leaving 2 of the cushions to the couch in my parking lot and ripping down and electric wire from Centerpoint. YES horrible!!! So after i called the drive who burned out of here as soon as he noticed what he did he told his boss EDWARD the «Store Manager» So i call him the following morning because yes they where picking my couch up at 10PM the office was closed. anyhow called Edward and he proceeded to tell me he was sorry about the cushions but they hit the electric pole because it was my fault umm??? Please tell me how because last i check i was not driving or directing traffic. i had to call several different people to finally get in touch with someone and the GM only had to tell me he was sorry and he will talk to them… I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN NOR REFER THEM! RUNN JUST RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN DO NOT RENT FROM AARONS!!!

Ok, so my washer and dryer broke down and was desperate to get a new set as quickly as possible because I was expecting a long term house guest. Because I didn’t have any ready cash, I decided to do a rent to own from Aaron’s rent to own.
So Aaron’s has a deal same as cash if you finish your payments before 120 days then you pay for the cost of the washer and dryer (1799.99). You don’t pick up the additional cost of Renting.
SO now I have been paying ($ 300.00) over 2x as much as required ($ 141.21) on the monthly amount due. Paid $ 1492.86 so far into cost of washer and dryer. I owe $ 307.13 meaning that with one more big pay out (which was my intention) I would have been done. I came due 120 days this month on the 7^th day (oops just missed it) so here it is now the 20^th and I am 13 days over. So I call Aaron’s to see if I could pay out the balance with 200 dollars added on for their trouble. Considering that I never missed a payment, I paid 2X owed per monthly, and I was so close to the 120 days. Plus in the spirit of good customer relations and the promise of future business-​right.
RESPONSE: FLAT NO!!! SO SORRY GOODBYE
Aaron’s I see how your going to play it. So I will honor the contract.
You will Make money yes in the short term. But this is what you lost in the long term.

But Thank you Aaron’s for educating your business model. Draw’em in, then squeeze, squeeze, squeeze until you piss them off and they go somewhere else. Hope that works for you.
For all the rest of you out their. Don’t go to this Store, its as close to lone sharking as you can get, and still be legal. Its not worth your money or your time.
