Service King Collision Repair of 99th Ave

In, out, and great body work. My Toyota Corolla was repaired in less than a week without any problems at all. The best part is the text alerts you receive about the status of your car! So convenient.

Took my car here at the recommendation of my insurance company (Geico) and was told it was going to run $ 1000+ to repair my car from some vandalism.
I authorized the repair and left my car with them with the promise of it being complete in three days. Later the same day I get a call and they had a paint-​less dent removal company come look at the car and he was able to fix the problem 100% and it was only going to cost me $ 250.
They could have easily took me for $ 1000 but went out of their way to take care of me the fairest way possible. Thanks to Jeff from Service King and Rex from Geico for the great service.
I have another vehicle that needs a repair and I’m taking it tomorrow to Service King. Highly recommend these guys.

This was my first experience with service king and it will now be my last! My 2008 Dodge Nitro was in their shop for a collision repair for front end damage. The damage was repaired no problem and I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the time it was completed.
So why am I upset and giving such a bad rating?
The problem is I turned my car over to Service King with 4 working power windows and I received my car back with only 3 working windows. I called the day I got the car back and told them about the damage. I was first told I was a liar by Phil saying «How can you prove that damage didn’t happen before!?» I stood my ground and asked to speak to the manager. I was forwarded to Armando who then admitted that the damage happened in their shop but he wasn’t going to do anything about it because «my car was old and parts break and just because it happened to break in their shop doesn’t mean their liable.»
This was very upsetting. It shouldn’t matter if my car is a 2008 or a 2016 model. If I give you my car with all 4 working windows I EXPECT my car returned WITH ALL 4 WORKING WINDOWS.
Needless to say I will now be taking them to small claims court and telling anyone I know to NEVER GO TO SERVICE KING!

I brought my truck to service king for a minor accident I had. When I entered I noticed it was clean and professional looking and I was immediately greeted by a receptionist. The repairs took a little longer than I expected for such a minor accident, but they let me know why every step of the way. The work they did looks perfect and the minor issue I had was handled immediately and professionally. I got my truck back sparkling clean and looking brand new!

They did a great job of fixing my car after a minor accident.
Everything was easily coordinated with my insurance. They let me pick up a rental car right at the counter, even better I was able to return the car to a different location. The work is excellent and looks just like new. Work was completed right on schedule and pick up was a breeze.
Hopefully I never have another scrape but if I do I know where I will be coming.
