My husband and I stopped here because he collects Harley shirts everywhere we stop. This location sits a little bit off the road and seemed to be fairly new location. Everyone was very nice and helpful

Charged $ 100 to be towed from 2.6 miles away.(After battery died that Signiture Harley installed just recently) Waited 5 hours at the dealership for service to be completed. Labor cost was dropped thankfully and service manager was extremely kind and concerned about it(that’s why I give an additional star). Still not at all happy with the amount of time and lack of feedback I or anyone else had at the dealer that day though. 3 or 4 of us waited 4+ hours for basic service to be completed. There is time to be busy while serving customers and that can be somewhat notable, but seeing service techs outside taking smoke breaks on the half hour and going for rides on their own bikes multiple times really had the customers waiting there frustrated with us all receiving very poor service. One customer waited from 8am-2pm to have sattle bags he had them order put on, after the service dept had searched sales floor bikes because they neglected to order him a bracket for his $ 1000 bags, he was turned away after waiting all day. Try to have your bike break down somewhere else! Drop off your bike and call a taxi so you’re not stuck outside waiting all day like we were.
