What a great experience, my fiancé’ purchased my engagement ring and a set of earrings. We worked with Debbie who was not only extremely knowledgeable but friendly and helpful. I felt as if I was shopping with a good friend instead of a sales person! Jeffery was also very helpful… we even went in jeans and my fiancé in a flannel shirt… didn’t seem to make a difference lol. Jeffery Mann Definatly will be our go to jewelry store!

Jeff Mann prides himself on the customer experience. I’ve been helped by his company so many times and I have nothing but good things to say. Jeff is extremely friendly, knows his products and is very well versed with everything Jewelry. Ver easy to work with and not pushy. He is the best jewelry store in Toledo Ohio that I’ve been to and by far the friendliest and most knowledgable staff.
He is very patient and friendly to everyone who walks in the door and makes you feel like your experience has been customized solely to you! He is going to be my family’s jewelry store forever.

I was helping a friend buy a ring for his fiancé (also my friend). I knew that she liked the Art Carved line of engagement rings and there weren’t that many places in Toledo that carried them. I had called around and this place was the only one who had them and could guarantee to get the ring by the time that we needed.
I dealt with Jeffrey himself. He was nice enough to work with and was very accommodating with what we needed. The prices here DO seem to be a bit more than the place I normally go and their hours here are pretty limited. The staff overall seems polite except one woman. She said all the right things i.e. that sounded polite but the way she said it was very condescending.
The last thing is that the ring we ordered was a size and a half smaller than what we ordered, which we didn’t realize until my friend went to propose and the ring didn’t fit! I was really disappointed because I specifically gave the correct size because I wanted to avoid the embarrassment of trying to shove the ring on during the proposal. They offered to resize it for free but my friend was no longer in the Toledo area. So they then offered store credit which I appreciate, but it doesn’t make up for botched moment.

Last time I visited this store it was right about 5:55 just before closing. As i pulled up the sales lady locked the door signaling they were closed. Maybe my clock was slow? Maybe she just didn’t like the look of my button down and khakis so I took my business to one of the 100 other jewelry stores on monroe st and ended up buying a mavado watch and a reasonably priced ring. The bottom line is why would a regular jewelry store close at 6pm on a tuesday.
