The employees at this store have no understanding of customer service & communication. They are extremely rude & arrogant over the phone, but change their tone when you show up in person. They don’t seem to understand or care about being professionals. Horribly unorganized & give false timelines for repairs. We had to go in the store & make them check the mail to see if my device had been returned from a repair facility out of state. By the way they never told us it was going anywhere until we called for status update after getting the run around for a week. Spend your money elsewhere. This place needs a personnel & policy make over! I only picked one star because I had to.

What a wonderful experience! I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I was referred to Fixology by one of the anchor stores. Great prices and professional service! They even cleaned my watch band looks like its right out of the box again.
