Extreme Class Limousines

Rate was mid level for party bus (not the cheapest but bot the most expensive).
We got a phone call the day before saying that the bus had been broken down since wednesday. Why did we not get a call then?! Then said we may be able to do 2 smaller limos, but the whole point was to be together in the bus. Said he may be able to get us with another company with the bus and would «split the difference…» NO! YOU pay the whole diffference because YOU messed up.
3hrs before we were supposed to leave still no answer on if bus was fixed or not. We called around to places and one of them advised us that Extreme’s bus had been broken down for two weeks and no one had told us until the day before. not only that but they lied about it when they finally did tell us. Luckily found a replacement limo with 2hrs notice.
The guy at Extreme tried to keep her security deposit which was NOT happening. And we had to pay the whole difference in the new limo service. Offered 25% discount to use again, but we would NEVER. BEWARE of shady deals and broken down vehicles!!!
