Several of my family members, daughters, parents, my sister and myself have purchased cars here and several of my friends have had repairs done. EXCELLENT customer service! You need your car repaired, ask for Jerry. Need to purchase a car, ask for Brad. Very honest and kind employees. Will take great care of you!

I had an issue with my car headlight and was told to go to this place. I apparently got there early and a Brad did not seem very happy that I was there. I told him I was told to come here by a friend to see another guy. He said «Well whatever» and I said «Well it doesnt have to be him, anyone can take a look at it.» The «charismatic» Brad said «Well, I am the only one here and we aren’t even open yet so wait.» I was thinking how much I wanted to yell at this guy being totally rude to me, but I wanted my car looked at and this was recommended to me. As I sat there uncomfortably while Brad typed away on the computer, he randomly got up, waddled towards the window and pulled the chain on the open sign while staring at me.
The recommended mechanic Jerry showed up and Brad rudely introduced me as the «annoying customer» and Jerry was nice and explained that he wouldn’t touch the car because he was not familiar with these cars. Brad interjected «Yea he said he was sent here by somebody or something, eh, I dunno.»
These people are not generous nor curteous in the slightest. They were rude and downright mean. If the rest of the people are like Brad, who I assume is the main man there since he was the first guy there, then stay away. That guy was an asshole and does not deserve any business whatsoever.
Was I early? Yes. Did I deserve the horribly negative reaction? No. I was a customer, isn’t that the point of a business, to get customers to make money? Apparently not in Brads book.
Was I rude? Absolutely not. I was looking for help in fixing my car, not a fight from some overweight jackass.
NEVER USE EXCEL AUTO, THE ONLY THING THEY EXCEL AT IS TREATING PEOPLE POORLY.
