Terrible and shady business practices! Putting customers off, not calling when they said they will, not showing up for «inspection» …if that’s the kind of business they do in good times… what do they do in bad times??? They cover all kinds of emergency issues, only that it takes them 3 months to even show up. I had the same experience, not only they are inconvenient that they work from 8 to 5pm only, but their staff is so unreliable that they would not show up, and not bother to call. They seem to take money and do nothing, and when it is time to deliver on all the things they promised, they put you on hold and their staff is never there, and never calls you back. Run away from such crooks!

Called for a free inspection then made sure to clear my schedule and took time off work when they said they would come. They never showed up, called them and they told me the service rep got held up. A little annoying when I took off work. Then the day before they are supposed to come for the rescheduled time they tell me they can’t come unless my fiancé is going to be there who doesn’t even own the home or live there. So now I am back to square one searching for another company because our schedule doesn’t work that we could be there at the same time without taking off work and I am not taking off work only to have them cancel again. To be honest I don’t want to do any business with a company that makes things this much of a hassle before they even step foot in the door.
