Been seeing Dr. Smith for over ten years. I’ve seen her through pregnancies, back injuries, neck problems, you name it! And I’ve had nothin but relief!
The staff is super friendly. Always helpful and polite.
The office/​clinic is clean and welcoming.
Dr. Smith, her husband Dr. Trax and her niece are a great team. Even if you see one of them exclusively the other would cover for them if one is not available.
Dr. Smith is caring, gentle, but at the same time is able to do what she does so well!
I would definitely recommend her as a chiropractor, she works with all ages and various treatments. And as an added bonus, they also do physiotherapy and acupuncture.

Dr. Smith and Dr. Trax are a husband-​and-​wife team; I’ve only seen Dr. Smith (the wife), but I would assume that Dr. Trax is just as pleasant and professional as she is.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for the last several months, but my husband has been seeing her for years, and we both agree that the overall experience is far more pleasant than with other chiropractors we’ve seen. Any time spent in the waiting room is minimal — usually, if a patient shows up a few minutes early, they also get in a few minutes early. I’ve rarely had to wait even five minutes past my appointed time. Even after I’ve been escorted to a room, the wait for Dr. Smith to see me is only a matter of a few minutes.
My entire experience with Dr. Smith so far has been while I’ve been pregnant, and she’s been nothing but gentle with me. She makes a few necessary modifications to her adjustments and treatment: no lying on my stomach for adjustments, no electric stimulation afterward (my husband LOVES the electrostimulation), and I get my post-​adjustment vibrating back massage (aka The Thumper) sitting up instead of lying on my stomach. I always feel great when I leave — even if I didn’t really feel that bad when I went in! Even though my visits are brief, I never feel rushed; Dr. Smith always has time to listen to how I’m feeling and answer any questions I have.
The staff is super friendly and personable, the location is convenient, and the only real complaint I have involves the videos they sometimes play in the waiting room (for a very different, older demographic).
I highly recommend 1^st Choice Chiropractic to anyone who has been considering seeing a chiropractor. You’ll be glad you did.
