I don’t understand the really bad reviews. This is a nice resort. It’s quiet and the area is quiet and safe. I’ve been walking my dog late and I feel 100% safe. There are I think 12 buildings of 4 condos. The apartment is clean, large, and has everything that I need. I am happy. It’s a good value at this price point. These are not 5 star condos. The appliances and furnishings are older, but everything is works. My main complaint is that I wish the beds were newer and better. They are ok, but I’d put memory foam mattress toppers on them(a cheap way to make a bed comfortable and feel new), or replace them. If you need new and luxurious, this is not you. I have a nice screened in balcony. The view is of some woods and a canal, but I don’t care about that. Looking at water would be nice, but that is expensive and I don’t pay extra for that. A golf course view means nothing. Been there done that on both views. To me, it’s a great place to escape the cold weather. The minus, Titusville is a sleepy town. There are some good and a few great restaurants – try Steve’s diner and Shiloh’s), golf, fishing, and other activities I like that are close, so I’m happy. The big attraction is the Space Center, but the national seashore also has great beaches and nature trails. It’s also a major birding spot. Disney is a bit less than an hour.

Horrible… no stars… but Unilocal wouldn’t let me. Needs a complete takeover by competent management. Do not stay here… not on vacation anyway. Maybe only if you’re a squatter.

My husband and I stayed here in September. We had perfect weather and had a wonderful time. The 2 bedroom condo at the Vacation Villas was clean and nicely decorated. It had a large, full kitchen and we cooked most of our meals. We really liked the screened in porch that backed up to green trees with a creek below. It was nice not to be looking into city or sprawl. The TVs worked and there were lots of channels AND there was free and fast WIFI. We drove to the beaches in the Canaveral National Shoreline which are now some of my favorite beaches. They are pristine and there are no hotels or houses — all natural surroundings. We watched about a dozen manatees play and eat and saw lots of wonderful birds. We spent a day at the Kennedy Space Center(20 minutes away) and we also visited the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. We will be back here with the whole family next time.
