Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I recently came here for lunch two days in a row. No shame. It was that good. Both times during the lunch hour, they were very efficient and I was in and out in no time.
They toast their sandwiches, which is a must for me, being pregnant and not able to eat cold sandwich meat. Their sandwiches always have so much flavor.
Since I live minutes from this location, I’m sure I will be frequenting potbellys!

Ordered sandwiches and soup for four people, chips, shakes, cookies, the works. Everything was tasty warm and toasty. Staff is polite and friendly. I like that everyone greets you when you come in. Have you tried their shakes? They are fantastic — not foamy — very refreshing. LOVE!

The food is great, my son and I like to go their for a quick bite. The workers are always super friendly. My son usually gets the TKY on multi-​grain with one of there yummy homemade shakes. He loves ‘em. I usually get a Big Tuna with all the fixins’ and man is it good. They are reasonably priced and always quick on their orders. We will keep coming back again and again.

They are 0 for 2 in getting my web orders filled.
I placed a web order at 8:30pm, and as I was filling out the payment info, it changed the pickup time from 8:45 to 9:00. I figured «okay, I’ll just wait a little longer.» On my way there (it’s a five minute drive), I figured I’d call just to make sure everything was okay. As it turns out, Potbelly closes at 9:00 and they were unaware of the order. They were unable to complete my order, as a result. Money was refunded, but still…
So I left feedback on their website and a representative contacted me to resolve the issue. They said they spoke with the store and are very sorry, blah blah blah.
A week later, I placed another web order, figuring they learned their lesson. The order had a pick-​up time of 7:45… I arrived at 7:44, and they were unaware of the web order. It became clear why – THE MACHINE THAT PRINTS THE WEB ORDER IS LITERALLY OUT OF THEIR VIEW AND PARTIALLY BLOCKED BY A WALL. Due to the contents of the web order, I ended up having to wait another half hour for them to complete the order.
I won’t be going there again. Completely incompetent.

Usually excellent service… I dine here regularly. Yesterday I was here with my family and placed an order with the girl at the sandwich starter station. She never offered drinks or soup (which was a first in my experience). I was busy talking to my kids while proceeding with my order (if your a parent you definitely can picture the scenario). Long story short I didn’t order the drinks until after we got our sandwiches since no one was at the register. Then the same girl who made our sandwiches «instructed» me to next time order the drinks at the same time I order the sandwiches then they’ll be ready when I pay… I probably would have done that had she offered drinks in the first place. Sandwich was good, service is usually good when she is not on duty. One star today.

Maybe my expectations were two high because it was sold to me as the second coming. Good sandwich, good price, just nothing to go crazy about.

My mom is a little crazycakes and is slow when it comes to places like this with assembly line counter service. So I was pleased to see that each person took their time explaining how things work here in order to get your sandwich. They didn’t give her a «you’re crazy» look or anything. Maybe a lot of people get confused. I’m not really sure but it seems easy to me.
Anyway, the food here is the same as your typical Potbelly’s anywhere. I really enjoy the live music when they have someone playing… although usually people tend to sit as far away from the musician as possible. But it’s a nice little perk.
Their hot peppers are amazing and I like that they’ve added different sammie sizes and some different salads to the menu.
