I gave this store one star because it wouldn’t let me give less than that. I went in there TWO weeks ago with my son, we have never had a problem with this place until now. After my son was done with his haircut, he said the back of his neck was sore, when I looked at it, it was red. By the next morning it was so razor burned I could not believe it. I took him back there to show them what had happened. They «seemed» to be horrified at what happened. The girl who cut his hair apologized and said that she would talk to the manager to «see what they could do» and they would call me back the next day. Two weeks later I am still waiting for that phone call.
