Buffalo Wild Wings

Went with my daughter, mother and husband. Was seated immediately but once seated we waited for five minutes, which was odd since employees were walking and/​or standing throughout. As we stood to leave someone finally walked over to us. Not going to waste my time with this establishment again.

Alex is the absolute best. Give his girl a raise because her customer service skills and customer recognition are amazing! She knows my order before I do!!!

Ashley is a sweetheart and gave excellent service! She was very attentive and checked back frequently. Service is sometimes hit or miss at chain restaurants, but this girl was perfect! Thank you, Ashley!

I always have low expectations when going to chain restaurants and Buffalo Wild Wings is a prime example. I came here with my boyfriend and we ordered carry out. The girl taking our order was mumbling and speaking so softly that either of us could barely hear her. When we got back to eat our food we saw they had forgot our ranch that we had to pay extra for. Definitely lives up to my expectations of chain restaurants.

Service was rather slow. We were on our way to a concert at the Midwest Bank Ampitheater (or whatever it’s called now), and we were a few minutes late as a result. There were a few other concert-​goers there as well and they didn’t seem staffed to handle the rush, which for a place like this is a real concern. Food was OK. Guess I’m not that fond of BWW in the first place anyway, because their food is a bit too salty for me. But the people in my group said the food was OK (I didn’t have any).

I give 5 stars for service and 3 stars for food. Brittany took excellent care of us. She took our order promptly and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to flag her down or ask her for extras as she already made sure we had plenty of napkins etc. The food was ok. The amount of fries in the «basket» was no bigger then a large fry from a fast food joint. For over $ 5 it’s sad. The kids meal was good. The wings were a mix, meaning the first round we received were luke warm and the second round was over sauced yet piping hot. I also have issue with extra charges for celery and ranch with wings. Those are common condiments that go with wings, if you need extras I could see charging, but not for 1 per person. It’s petty and a turn off. I’m surprised there were no charges for ketchup.

Never had a bad experience at a BWW before coming to this location. First of all, the girls at the hostess stand. We went in on a Saturday night after a concert. These girls looked us up and down with displeased looks on their faces like we were bothering them by coming in. No hello, just a «how many?» We were sat at a table without another word. Our waitress took forever to come over to greet us while most of the waitstaff stood near a register in a group just talking. Skip ahead to several hours later when I woke up in the middle of the night to vomit up my dinner. Something was seriously wrong with the food. This location clearly needs new management and some staff to be replaced. B-​Dubs, if that’s what they want to call themselves now, should be a fun experience not somewhere you can’t wait to leave.

This location have went down hill. It smelled like mold. The menu have changed. Not much of a selection. The waiter rarely checked on us. I ordered chicken strips which was very salty. Unfortunately that was our last visit

The only reason why I am giving this location 2 stars is because the waiter was horrible!
We kept asking for waters, had to take in our order twice. He seemed obligated to take our order.
We were traveling back to Kc, from Chicago. We had our two children with us and when we sat down we asked for waters, and asked to put the kids orders in so they could get there food first. After that he brought the kids water but forgot ours. He said he would be right back with my husbands and mine but walked by us «3» times before bringing us our waters. Then after that we had to get his attention to take our order.
A lot of the staff is standing around talking and the manager came up after the end of us eating and asked if everything was good, I had to be honest and he said thank you and we will be sure to work on that. well… Okay I guess way to treat your paying customers.
I am further away from giving bad reviews but being in the food industry and my background in customer service. I am not able to look at this location as a 2 star place!

The bathroom here is disgusting. If the kids didn’t like to come here, I never would

My food was cold so I asked the girl to reheat it and this other employee Jada just stared me down (it was creepy!!!) the manager Dana was not nice, she was very sarcastic when she spoke with me as if she was trying to sound like a smart aleck
I took my food home and I think it was spoiled. I got a stomach flu from it
Never again.

Visited on 07/​05/​2015. Server: Jasmin P. Overall good experience. Obviously, the wings are not made from fresh wings, but frozen wings because they are kind of on stiff side, (not tender) – we kind of expected that going in. But, the flavor, reasonable pricing, and good service is worth going back. The next note is just for myself, so when I do go back. Boneless, Medium Size, Medium Heat sauce, and Ranch Dressing.

Good food, good service, great atmosphere for game watching. Chips are a bit salty though.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. Food is consistently good and the staff is always good. However my husband is very upset that they changed the Pepper Jack Steak Wrap and doesn’t like the new one.

I always have a great service, food and experience here. You can watch your favorite team. Staff seems happy to work together. Friday nights are never disappointing.

This place is unorganized and the staff are all teenagers… they messed up my order and skimped me on my celery sticks with my take out order after they assured me they were there. The food is just okay nothing great, wingstop is way better. Plus they place is overly packed for no apparent reason.

Service is horrible. Its like same 3 lazy servers I get stuck with. the food here is either hit or miss.

Another B’dubs…I should make a list of all of them… wouldn’t that be a challenge? Wouldn’t that be a bore? In any event this one was just ok… barely made three stars.
Nice roomy place in a little strip mall on the way to Interstate 80 or the World Music palace on Harlem. The restaurant itself is very loud and has kids running all over the place… so this one is a family place and not a college watering hole. The food is the usual… not better and not worse… just B’dubs. I’ve seen nicer restaurant layouts, but that isn’t much for a review. Good (typical) beer selection. Lots of TV’s. This place is ok when you are in a hurry for a quick meal… nothing more.

I usually do not write about corporate chain style restaurants. But can here for lunch one weekend and had exceptional service. We had a server that was so helpful I thought we could be her only table (but she had others).
We had constant refills and our appetizer came out fast. Our wings took a little longer but was worth the weight. The menu has changed at bww and you now order by small, medium, or large wings. You don’t know the exact number now, so I’m guessing they weigh them to keep costs down.
Also, the garlic mushrooms are my favorite. I’d definitely come back here again.
