Went to this practice for what was advertised as a free consultation for orthodontia for my kids. We decided to go with another practice and now I’m discovering that they billed my insurance company for a «comprehensive oral exam» which basically consisted of the dentist looking in their mouths. Now I’ve spent the last day and a half trying to straighten this out with my insurance company, who is trying to decline my kids’ actual oral exam, which was done by their actual dentist. Be very careful if you choose this practice.

There are many orthodontic groups to choose from in this area. Both my children see Dr. Nawy. His enthusiasm and compassion are really top notch. Getting spacers and expanders can be uncomfortable, but he and his staff address it in a way that my kids are okay with, and really don’t mind. The staff at the Timonium location are all very nice. I strongly recommend him.

Okay, I know.
Dentists aren’t cheap.
That is a given.
What isn’t a given is the quality of staff and service.
These guys have it all.
From enjoyable waiting areas (complete with video games for the kids) to playful staff, 5 stars all the way.
Yeah, I am sure I have put one of their partner’s kids through college on the back of my kid’s teeth, but at least I know I got what I paid for.
