Walmart Supercenter

I bought a 400+ dollar hp laptop for work purposes from this location not even a month ago. it has been used approximately 5 times in this time frame. I’m not a gamer I’m not a social media person I’m using the laptop for billing and creating prints. Simple enough right? Well the laptops internal battery has died, which is clearly a manufacture defect. It has literally just sat on a desk. One would think that Walmart, being one of the largest national chains would swap it, Exchange it for store credit or would help in any way. Basically after sitting on hold for over an hour and a half I got told to sorry its been past 15 days, so that’s your problem. I’m a regional manager for a drilling company I would never dream of treating even my smallest customer that way. You think a billion-​dollar company do what’s right and fix the problem but no just they give u the stick. Moral of the story not buy anything from Walmart. They will not assist you by any means if something happens. Thank you for the stick in the ass Walmart. I really appreciate spending 400+ dollars at your store, and you taking my money and running. I will definitely remember this next time I think about going to any of your stores. Pay the $.29 extra go to target and I have to see or deal with unhelpful uncooperative people that you employee. If I could I would definitely flip you the bird right now, essentially that’s what you’re doing to me.

I have been to many Walmarts and I particularly like this Walmart due to several reasons:
1. Ample and spacious parking lot. I never had to struggle to find parking spot here.
2. The friendly staff working in the Walmart. Most of the employees there carry a smile with them.
3. It is big and spread out. I don’t feel squeezed or whatsoever in this Walmart.
4. Strategically located near a gas station. I will get gas before or after finishing my chores.
Overall, i like this particular Walmart. To those who are living nearby this area, please see this Walmart for yourself.

This location is convenient because it is right off of I25. It is better than the Magnolia location in several regards. Those being that this location is not as heavy in volume when it comes to other customers holding up the lines or blocking your way. They seem just a wee bit more friendly here as well. Trouble is with this store it is smaller and you cant always find what you are looking for here.

I love this Walmart! It’s very big and they have everything I need! They are brand new (only 2 years old) and the staff is quite friendly. Of course not all of them are, but hey, everyone has a bad day. I find that the cashiers tend to be friendlier (I’ve had Matt, Deb, Barbara, Mariah, and Meghan all as cashiers) but I’ve also encountered really nice sales associates– the dirty blonde girl who had her hair in a pony tail at the jewelry counter, and Oneida were both really nice on the floor– and so were both the ladies in the Garden Center! I definitely recommend this Walmart above any others in the area.
