Not responsive at all, Whether it was the after hour people or the manager. Promised to return my several calls/pass on the message, never did. Had to wait by the phone all night on a last minute change of plan. They could have made a lot of money driving my husband to Boston R/T but since they never called back, we had to drive ourselves. But did take my credit card and was charged for a cancelled trip. I only called later to let the manager know that their after hour people was inadequate in passing on the msgs but her attitude was even worse. That it was my fault because I called too late. Why didn’t they just say so in the first place? they have the monopoly in that region, why would they care about customer service? The driver who never received the cancellation msg and showed up at 5am was very pleasant.
