The food was plentiful and served quickly. The ambiance was lacking, but the restaurant clean. Wish they had music in the background to ease the sterile environment. Probably would not go back.

Chinese Garden is a convenient stop for your return trip home from the Oregon Coast to Portland. We ordered 3 plates. It came with soup and eggrolls for starters. The flavors were mixed with not so memorable Kung Pao combination to pretty good ginger beef with vegetables. Our third plate had shrimp and vegetables. All three plates however were very generous with meat and vegetables, and we had leftovers to take home.

Tasted as good as one might expect from Americanized Chinese. Perhaps even a tad better given absence of local competitors i.e. they could try less and still do OK. Recommended, but avoid weekend nights as kitchen cannot handle dine in and take out volume, prepare for 50 minutes from order to eating.

This place hit the spot although it was not the best Chinese food but it was definitely good the employees were super friendly! And made sure everything was up to par. The only thing I think they need is when they say they have a full bar is to actually have one the only thing they had was a few beers brands and fewer wines and they didn’t include them on the menu they had it on a tiny paper on the end of the table they all so have freshly made fortune cookie!

Good Chinese food with generous portions. Staff are super friendly. Complimentary veggie egg rolls was a nice touch. For Chinese food on the coast you can’t beat it. Yum.

This place is great! We had the Cashew Chicken and the Triple Mushroom Chicken and it was delicious! She also gave us Egg Flower Soup and 2 Vegetable Egg Rolls. All were wonderful!

Stopped here while on a motorcycle ride down the coast. The waitress was difficult to understand/communicate with, the menu was not well laid out as to food choices. I finally ordered what I thought I wanted. The pork fried rice was disgusting in that it was a gelatinous glop whose consistency was less than edible, even all the soy sauce in the bottle couldn’t rescue. The tempura shrimp tasted like it had been dipped in dirty dishwater prior to being served, the orange chicken was almost edible. And the hot and sour soup was sorta gelled as well as tasting of the dish water. About ten miles down the road I was feeling queasy and that is not a good condition on a motorcycle. I’ll never eat there again.

The best Chinese food I have had in years! Fresh, hot and generous portions. The staff is very friendly. The décor is kind of dated, but who cares? Prices are very reasonable two full meals with a delicious order of pot stickers(i highly recommend) for under 25.00. Try them, you won’t regret it.

It’s Chinese food in Tillamook Oregon. It’s a LOT of Chinese food in Tillamook Oregon. 4 adults and two children ordered the«share» for 4 and we had leftovers for two days. The food is decent. It’s Oregon’s version of Chinese food. It’s a small dining area and filled up rapidly around dinner time but the service was still decent, even with only one person working the entire room. Very friendly. They seem to do a lot of take-out service, and that keeps the kitchen pretty busy, but the time from order to eat was still pretty fast.

Hard to communicate with the waitress. Ordered a combo with 4 items plus BBQ pork for additional $ 2. Asked for the BBQ pork first, but she brought us a side order of BBQ a pork for $ 6.50 Got 4 items plus BBQ pork on the plate. Lots of food to take home. First teapot was cold. Triple Dragon was cold on top, and warm on the bottom. Service was good. Tons of food.

Friendly staff, fast food, and ridiculously good prices. The portions are so large you can easily share a plate between two or three people. In addition to your entrée, each person gets an egg roll(not at all greasy), tea, and soup of choice. I recommend the egg flower soup, my favorite part about it is the crunch! The hot and sour is also very flavorful though. It is wonderful finding a place where you can arrive hungry, leave full, and not break the bank in the process. Oh, and of course I need to mention again the wonderful staff! We have been going here for quite a number of years, and it isn’t just the food that keeps us coming back!

The food is actually pretty good. The prices are amazing. The portions are humongous! You will get enough food for dinner and lunch tomorrow. A wonderful decision if you don’t want to go spend too much at other trendy places in Tillamook. Staff is very friendly. They also have video poker but I don’t know if that’s a positive or negative.

Outstanding service and very fresh tasty food. The servings are enormous, but so tasty that you won’t mind having leftovers. Will definitely make this my regular stop for Chinese food when visiting the coast. Family friendly too. They were great with our 7 and 2 year olds. I wish I could find a place I like this much at home in NW Portland.

Hadn’t been in in quite a while and was pleasantly surprised that everything was just as we remembered it. Very attentive service(Chinese gentleman, very friendly, and funny), prices were the same, no complaints on the food. My lovely lass said their sweet and sour chicken was the best that she has ever had. It almost tastes as if it has honey in the batter. Very good flavour wit perfect mix of a crunchy batter and tender meat inside. The Triple Dragon is the perfect mix for me and my favourite. Obviously, the Pacific Northwest(especially the North Coast), doesn’t set the mark for Chinese cuisine. It is all pretty much the same with minor variations in quality, flavour, and price. Most places serve what I call«Ho-Hum» Style food. Chinese Garden is the place to go if in this area. Get the combo for two, and you are promised leftovers for at least two more meals. Beer prices are the best around(regular prices are comparable to Happy Hour prices in the Astoria area).
