Trouble from the beginning with service beginning in July. Not all channels were coming in. Called and was told it would be fixed from their office, it was not. Technician did not show up for schedule appointment. Called again. Was told it would be fixed from their office. It was not. Technician finally came out and said that the outside box was to have been updated in July! He changed the box. Called office to see about getting some financial compensation since we were paying for full service and not getting it. Told no. This is a beach house rental and we received several bad reviews that the promised TV channels were not available. Charter did not care. Paid for 6 months of bad service. Will dump Charter Cable and get Direct TV instead.
