Love the coffee. The service at this Starbucks is mediocre at best. Last trip here. I am now a Dutch brothers man. I waited in line for 5 min while two employees ordered coffee in front of me and the employees just chatted away and the one could not make up his mind what he wanted. Really??? I did not order my coffee. I am just stubborn that way. I know my once a week coffee will not bankrupt Starbucks but why do we as a society put up with crappy service. These are the employees that want $ 15 an hour. Good luck America.

I love Starbucks!!! You get amazing service at all locations. From Sherwood, Oregon to Anaheim, CA. I love their brewed coffee to their fraps. I’ve even been to Starbucks in Switzerland and France. Still amazing. Love my coffee cup collection. Their Protein box is yummy too. So many options for the whole family. Make sure to stop by the very 1st Starbucks in Seattle!!! Love my Pacific NW company!!!

Starbucks is always consistent. They always have a decent selection of food items as well both hot and cold. I also love the having the Starbucks app on my phone because it makes it super easy to pay.

I love this store, everyone is always so wonderful. They messed up my drink in the drive thru once, but I mentioned it to them and they have been awesome about making sure it is right every time I go now.

I love this starbucks location. I have never gotten better service at a coffee shop. They have always gotten my coffee just right. The drive thru may not be the fastest but it definitely has the nicest staff. I go out of my way to go here. Highly recommended.

Let me start by staying, I LOVE Starbucks. There have been weeks were I go 5 weekdays out of 5. I have a Starbucks Gold Card, and once in a while I get to enjoy a free«rewards» drink after my purchase of the 12 «Lucky Dozen». So, I’m sorry to have to write a bad review of Starbucks… This Starbucks has a convenient drive-thru, easy-to-find location with plenty of parking, and a good amount of seating for meeting w/friends or associates. That said, I stopped going to this Starbucks. The problem here is the quality of the drinks and the service for«Gold Star» Members. Sometimes the drinks aren’t mixed well, with all of the syrup flavoring at the bottom and not mixed into the drink properly. I’ve had to drink half, then save the bottom portion of the cup to poor in to plain coffee later. Starbucks Rewards Members Beware — When reaching my «Lucky Dozen» — free reward coffee I never receive a full sized drink here. The barista taking my order has told the barista(s) making the orders that the drink I ordered was«FREE» before calling off the name of the drink leaving me with a cup that was about 1⁄3 less full. Not the best way to treat your Starbucks«Gold» Members.

One of the busiest Starbucks I have been to. Everyone is here, with crazy multiple drink orders. Didn’t know sat around 5 pm was such a busy time! Pretty nice inside otherwise, and I doubt this is always this busy. Got my free rewards drink though!

I frequent this SB on the way to work. The service is normally quick, though a month or so ago it was painfully slow. Seems like enough people complained because its back to normal speed again! My favorite is that lately they have had the most cheerful, delightful staff that put an extra skip in your step after hearing them talk to you! I think these are the kinds of people that make the stop totally worth it! Today, my person taking the order was casual and just not«starchy» and I loved it! It was like he was an old pal!

Have NO idea what happened to this Sbux — went in(bcuz the drive-thru was 10+ saw first hand what the issue was – a barista that was S L O W and having to redo at least every other drink! I waited 20 minutes for my order — no one apologized or even thought to investigate WHY the lines, both inside and drive-thru were ridiculous!

The line at the drive thru has not always been so slow. Of course, some waiting is to be expected at certain times of the day. However, it has become ridiculous as of late, and I’ve noticed staff is always different. And, most appear to be «lost» at their job, confused about what is going on. This truly used to be a great drive-thru. Very professional feel, but now you get the feeling a bunch of amateurs are running the place.

I started to drink cappuccino regularly and have had great ones from downtown’s starbucks. On the weekend I came twice to this store in Tigard and was disappointed on both visits. The cappuccino I ordered was not a cappuccino at all. It is basically a hot milk with espresso shot. The Barista working on the drive-thru on weekend morning has no idea on how to make a proper cappuccino. I would not be coming again. Very disappointing. The point of a cappuccino is a frothy and silky milk. If you cannot make a basic cappuccino you should not pass as a barista.

I like the central location of this Starbucks as well as the drive thru option. I live in Newberg and frequently visit downtown, so I find myself here often enough. The service and quality are exactly what I expect from Starbucks.

1. The parking lot is crazy busy 2. The line for the drive thru was at least 7 cars long. 3. Going into the store will take just as long or longer than waiting in that drive thru line. 4. I only stopped to get a bagel. 5. They were out of the bagel I wanted. Sad panda.

If you pull up here and wonder why there are 15 cars in the drive through line and only two people inside it’s because it will take you the same amount of time to get your coffee inside as it would waiting in that big ass line. For a chain I have noticed a lot of variance in terms of what I get in my drink. On one occasion I ordered a caramel apple cider, and you know what I got? Hot tree top apple juice. Literally. I saw them pour it right into my cup. No big surprise… it didn’t taste that great either. On many other occasions I have gotten my coffee only to find no room has been left for cream despite having requested that room be left. They do have a nice outdoor seating area, which is nice If we walk down there with the pooches but other than that the service is bad enough to keep me away.

I love this location. The sitting area has an open feel and is bright with lots of windows. It has nice and big sofas. Outdoor seating too.

If you’re coming here just to pick up a drink, not to enjoy their low-back leather lounging chairs, take a look at the drive-through first. If there are a bunch of cars in line, join the line. If there are no cars, feel free to walk inside and order in person if you want. Why? Because they prioritize drive-through orders. They’ll serve five cars in the time it takes them to whip up a simple tall hot chocolate for a person standing idly at the counter. God forbid you’re there on a nice weekend morning when a lot of people want to do a drive-through pick-up AND a lot of people want to come in and read the free newspapers while sitting in the leather loungey chairs. It’ll take forever to get your drink if you dare set foot inside. You’d get your drink faster going through the drive-through, then parking and walking inside to find a chair.

Drive Thru Coffee. As much as I think one Starbucks is pretty much the same as any other I like my local Starbucks drive thru for the occasional tall or short coffee on the go. The other plus, is that Starbucks has really great high chairs. Great to constrain your 1 year old while you take a quick mental break.
