Been coming here for over 12 years. The employees treat me nice. They always seem to be in good spirits. Whenever I forget my coupons they show me where to find it on the add. They are very patient and willing to help me out when I ask. The pharmacy is always on hand to explain anything about the medications questions.

This store is located in the Greenway shopping center. This review is for their outstanding customer service. I was having some sort of moderate allergic reaction and needed benadryl ASAP. I walked into the store mildly confused with chest tightness and shortness of breath. I knew that I was having an allergic reaction to something and the inversion with smoke from the area fireplaces was making it worse. I walked in and I was looking at the isles and looking at the signs and I didn’t know where to go in my confused state. A sales associate asked if I needed help and I told her my situation and my immediate needs. She took me over to the benadryl section and guided me to what I should be purchasing for immediate release. As a nurse you would think that I would know but because I was not able to think straight in my current state the help was much appreciated. I wish to thank them for amazing customer service in my time of need. I took the meds and all was well again. It is a darn good thing as it was Saturday night and no urgent care in the area was open at that late hour. Thanks again.

Don’t know much about their pharmacy services, but they have drugstore items that Target doesn’t carry. Plus they have a Western Union. The service is good, and I’ve never had to wait in line to check out.

Need makeup & a Monster? Toilet paper & a ASSEENONTV funnel cake maker? Retirement card & Cialis? I don’t know what you are looking for in a store that has a pharmacy, but I am a HUGE fan of this chain and this store in particular. Must mention the managers and cashiers up front are super nice. I wavered on the 4 star 5 star ledge and ultimately fell on the 4 star side because the pharmacy staff can be very abrupt(!) and they have pretty limited evening hours. This is NOT a 24 hour place, so if that’s what you need, a trip to the ‘other guys’ is probably in order. Health insurance isn’t on my list of haves so luckily for me I don’t find myself needing prescriptions all that often — if I did, I might reconsider. As it is, they have a great selection of items at pretty decent prices, a wine/beer section that specializes in cheap every day stuff, paper goods, cards, snacks, cheesy toys and a lot of makeup/nail/hair stuff :) Another thing I love is that this chain has the BEST frequent rewards customer card thingy that I have ever used. It actually saves you money! Wild concept, huh? BONUS: Once I got to the top tier it now saves me something like 20% on everything I buy that isn’t a prescription or already on sale. Talk about a loyalty program? This is one that keeps me going here because I know it’s going to be worth it. Aside from the pharmacy, I would rate it 5 stars, but, alas, the place is called Rite Aid Pharmacy so the 4 stars stands.
