Have called several times to ask for a RA# for wine that was shipped that had leaked. No response. Voice mail full or does not even answer. Will throw wine away and be done. Worst customer service in any business I have ever done business with… Poor, beyond poorest. .Just try to call and see what you think. Believe me they do not answer.

Worst wine club ever. Has forgotten to ship wine on two separate occasions. I called, and emailed constantly. I only received a reply when I threatened to challenge the charge on my credit card.

I purchased a groupon they had international wine showcase 6pk for $ 55 plus shipping. They stated that this wine package is worth $ 150& when you looked at their website it was $ 150. DON’T be fooled. All the wine they send you I could’ve bought for $ 7 to $ 9 at the store. So in reality I overpaid but lesson learned will never buy from again. I tried to call their phone number listed & no one picked up & the voicemail box was full. I called again & this time the phone was off, how convenient. So buyer beware

My friends were throwing a fundraiser for their daughter’s volleyball team trip and threw it at PNWC. We had a blast! Mostly because Kevin(owner??) was so generous as to pour our flights for free and donate the tip money we gave him to the charity we were there to support. By nights end, I had eaten too much(to level out the wine) and got to bid on some really great silent auction items. The front room is where they display the wine. I didn’t see the $ 10 wall until we were leaving, then had to pull the brakes and buy a few. The middle room is this beautiful lounge area, in which Kevin made a wine cork coffee table(one that would make Martha Stewart envious) and a wall of labels… which was so nicely done, I thought it was wall paper. Why do I mention the décor? Because they took so much time to make this tasting room unique and cozy, that’s why! The wines we sampled were great, but I am not a wine snob, so I couldn’t tell you which was butterier(if that’s even a word??) and which was oakier. I could just tell you which ones I liked and which ones I didn’t like as much at the time(I didn’t take notes). I would recommend this tasting room to anyone who enjoys wine, good company and decent prices. It’d be a great place to hold a birthday party or charity event too.

I purchased a Tippr deal from them almost a year ago-6 bottles with personalized labels. A few months prior to the expiration date, I attempted to redeem my vouchers online, but had a difficult time with the website. I called to see if someone could help me, but couldn’t get anyone to answer, so left a message which wasn’t returned. I got busy and forgot about it :( I realized 3 days before the expiration date that I had forgotten about the vouchers and went online to redeem. Once again, I had trouble with the website which said my vouchers were not valid, so I called. I spoke with«Kevin» who asked me to email him the vouchers-he said the Tippr vouchers would not work but would send me new ones that would. I emailed him the vouchers, and never got a response. I called the next morning to see if I could speak with«Kevin» regarding the codes. The gentleman who answered the phone would tell me if there was a «Kevin» there, when I asked, he said, «this is a wine club, there are a lot of people who work here». HUH? Are you kidding me? Great customer service. I’m just trying to follow up with the same person from yesterday so that I can get my wine before the expiration date. Anyway, I told him my story, and he told me to resend the email and someone would get back to me. When I attempted to ask him his name, he hung up the phone with a «What a bitch». WOW! I decided to call him back and let him know that I heard him, and found it to be very unprofessional. His response was that he didn’t like my tone. My assumption is that they were not pleased with the«deal» people, and really didn’t want to be bothered with it so close to the expiration date? I am a business owner myself, and have also used a deal promotion, so I can understand the frustration it can cause, but I am amazed at the complete lack of professionalism from this business. I would not recommend this wine club. Unfortunately, they lost any future business they may have gotten from me based on the way I was treated. I will go back to the California Wine Club(even though it is more expensive) from now on. Disappointed with this experience. Sara

Great great deal on I purchased a deal and was able to order valentine day labels for my hunny that was shipped direct to him. He loved the wine selection and I will def be ordering from these guys again. THanks for all your help with selection.
