Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

Unbelievably horrible service. Not only was I told I have to complete my taxes on my own, I was given a gift card they wont load. I have been hung up on several times, also I have been promised a resolution and a call back, which has yet to happen. No one wants to take any ownership of the mistakes made by the company:(I feel like im in the twilight zone… NOW I just recieved a phone call offering 50% off next years taxes ?! Lol lol… no freaking way.
Ok update … now I have been promised only 25 $ of the 50 $ I was suppose to recieve, even after I notified them of the fact that I have the rep who assisted on recording (voicemail) admitting fault. WHAT kind of company is this?! So unbelievably wrong …
It’s not about the money anymore … it hasn’t been for a few weeks. Classic case of the big bad corporation pissing on the regular people.
