Love shayne! She is so warm and welcoming. She has been doing back facials and microdermabrasion on me for a month now, I go once a week. My back is almost totally scar free and breakout free already! She works some serious magic. She always make sure I am comfortable and enjoying my service. The salon is huge and very upscale, which was very matching to her clean upscale room :) high recommend giving her a try!

I’m really surprised to see the negative reviews here. I first got microdermabrasion from Shanye in preparation for my wedding and now I’m totally hooked. My skin feels and looks AMAZING after the treatment and for weeks following. Above everything else, microderm has made the BIGGEST impact on my skin. It has improved the texture, cleared up my (minor) acne, and it leaves my skin glowing.
Shanye’s pricing is the best I’ve found in all my research and she does an awesome job. I don’t live anywhere near Bridgeport (where she’s located) so it’s quite a drive for me but it’s totally worth it for the level of service and the price I’m getting.

Purchased a Groupon for $ 99 for the
microdermabrasion facial with light therapy. Service was over in under 30 minutes. I am an esthetician and I do not call it a facial. She rubbed my cheeks in circles for 5 minutes with ill fitting gloves… that was the facial part! I have had more thorough microdermabrasion for a smaller fee. The room was very clean which was nice and she was on time for my appointment. But I would never recommend this place or go to again. I threw away $ 99.

I really hate to give bad reviews. I bought a Detox Facial from
($ 75 value). I have been to quite a few spas in the tualatin/​tigard area and I have to say I was dissapointed with this one. I was expecting a typical facial with steam treatment, shoulder rub, etc. As another reviewer mentioned, my skin looked nice afterwards but it was not the relaxing treatment I was looking for.
I do have to give one specific complaint. This is the first time I have ever worn a plastic shower cap during a facial. During the facial all I could hear was plastic crinkling in my ears. As I’m writing this it sounds like a very petty complaint, but it was definitely distracting and difficult to ignore. My preference is to just have my hair tied back with a towel or cloth hair tie.

I purchased a Bio-​Lift Microdermabrasion Facial that includes an Oxygen Infusion Treatment with
(a $ 250 value). I have been looking for someone for future facials, although she was great and my face felt wonderful I felt a little disappointed. I was only there for 30 minutes and there was no explanation of what she was doing during the service. I thought I would get a little more relaxation time for how much the value was, but I do understand that Microdermabrasion and Oxygen infusion are pricey so maybe I got a great deal…
