Irene did mine! I’ve been growing mine out for months after a horrible threading appointment. She managed to give my brow a decent shape & she took her time which was nice because usually people rush it. She did awesome!

I highly recommend this brand for make up, and if you are in the Beaverton, OR area. I suggest you visit the staff at Washington Square Mall. They are professional, easy to talk to, and very understanding of any and all concerns you may have. This staff has helped me get ready for countless occasions from my high school prom, to a funeral of a very dear friend.

Whenever I go home, the brow bar is my first stop. Jenna is the only person I’ll let touch my brows!

I took my 17 year old little sister here to have her eyebrows done.
Upon arriving, the lady informed us that they didn’t have an opening until 3:30 (It was about 2:15) We were happy to walk around the mall.
No where is it posted that you must be 18, or have a parent or guardian present. Apparently a sister over the age of 21 doesn’t count either.
When we returned imagine our surprise when they told us she could not have her brow’s done, because she didn’t have a parent.
The aesthetician Jenna looked at us like we were stupid, and the lady who scheduled us was no where to be found.
A frustrating experience for sure, it would have been really nice to have been told up front that she wouldn’t have been able to get a service done, instead of wasting our time wandering around the mall. We could have gone somewhere else and not wasted our time.

Chynna was super helpful and you could really tell she loved her job. She took the time to help my friend and I with our make up needs. She didn’t jump around from customer to customer. She even gave us samples to try and take home to see if we wanted to buy it. Thanks for the great experience.

These girls are so friendly! I had my brows done by Katy, she shaped my brows perfectly and gave me the arches I’ve always wanted! She listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She covered up the little bit of redness that I had from the service and sold me a brow kit that I now am in love with. Thanks Katy!

Jenna is awesome!

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and was in a chair in 30 seconds. I’m so happy with the job Katy did! I was long overdue for a waxing and I’ll admit that I was a little anxious that I’d end up one of those skinny brow girls (I prefer a more natural look) but to my relief they are perfect. Afterwards she used some of their amazing products on me and I left feeling like a million bucks (even though it only cost $ 20…plus tip). Definitely a fantastic value!

A few months ago I had my brows waxed by Jenna and was very pleased with the results. I needed to get them done again, and I’ve been meaning to make an appointment but never seem to get around to it. I dropped by while I was at the mall for some other shopping yesterday and they fit me in with a very short wait. While I waited, the girl at the counter was able to answer my make up questions and recommend some products that fit my needs.
This time my brows were done by Katie and she did a fantastic job too. The staff here seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable. I’ve paid $ 12-​$ 15 elsewhere to get my brows done, but the professionalism and quality of work at the brow bar is definitely worth more to me than the few dollars difference. I will definitely be back.
Update: The last two times my brows were done by Michelle, who also does a great job! I’ve had some recent health issues that require special care so I’m very grateful to have a trustworthy place to go for this service.

After letting my eyebrows get out of control. I was in search of finding a place to shapen my unruly eyebrows. I scheduled an appointment w/​Jenna.
When I got there, there was no wait at all and Jenna quickly got down to business on my brows. She was very professional and gave me quick tips on how to maintain the shape.
Jenna did a great job and my eyebrows definitely improved! My husband even agreed that it looked good and it was worth doing. I would not hesitate making another appointment in the future. The cost was only $ 20 (w/​o tip).
