Alex Shuttle PDX

We have used Alex several times for pick up at PDX and early 5:00 am pick up at our home on a Bull Mountain. He has always been courteous, prompt and reliable.
Just read his one star review and cannot believe that it is the same driver. He has always been professional with us and we feel fortunate to call him our PDX driver.
If you are looking for a driver from the Tigard/​Sherwood/​Lake Oswego area to PDX call him and schedule his service. He likes you to text him the info, and that way you both have a record of your need. He is good to respond with a follow up call when he is not driving (always good when your driver doesn’t text while driving… lol).
Be sure to give him a Unilocal review as he does not deserve a one star rating.

I will never be using Alex Shuttles PDX again, and recommend that you think twice before stepping into an unregulated flat-​fare shared shuttle from the Portland Airport.
The driver wanted to charge me a $ 4 credit card usage fee, an amount any customer would question. The driver’s response was a rude — «its my company’s policy. Go talk to them». I professed surprise, and added that I was unhappy that he was charging me this fee on top of picking up and dropping off another customer, even after I had asked him if I was going to be his only passenger.
What happened next completely took me off guard. The driver became inexplicably angry, locked me inside the cab and wouldn’t let me out. After insisting he let me out, I threatened to call the police, which didn’t make any difference. He proceeded to get even more worked up, asked where I was from and made racially disparaging remarks about my ethnicity. This guy obviously has anger management issues, and succeeded in making me feel extremely vulnerable and unsafe.
At no point had I said I was not going to pay him his fare!
