I went in this store over the weekend with my mother. As we walked in we were not even greeted. It wasn’t even busy in the area, and noticed only 2 other customers in the store. My mother was excited to try on two cute jackets. I guess she did not put them back on the rack correctly or to the liking of some employee in the store because I overheard that employee say to a gentleman behind the counter «that woman made a mess of the clothes back there» FIRST of all only two jackets were tried on and SECOND why would you make a comment like this in the store with customers? I was immediately turned off by this and walked out. Are your customers not suppose to take things off the rack and try them on? This isn’t The Palace of Fine Arts, heaven forbid one piece of clothing is out of place. It’s your job, fix it! I won’t be coming back and for the lack of friendly customer service and remark you earned yourself 1 star.
