I live in Indianapolis but have to travel through Michigan every so often for work. I’ve gone past Gluten Free Sensations a few times and this time decided to stop. I assumed it would just be a store with all the same brands I’ve seen everywhere else. I am so glad I stopped! It’s a bakery stocked with the most delicious items. I just pulled the ready-to-bake rolls out of the oven and they are everything the gluten free(or in my case wheat free due to allergy) want in a roll: fluffy, yeasty, every so slightly sweet. I am an avid baker and I’ve never been able to accomplish this in a roll. I am over the moon happy with them! I can’t wait to serve them at Thanksgiving! I also can’t wait to try the cinnamon rolls I picked up! Give it a try!

I don’t need to eat gluten-free(but in general I’ve recently chosen to eat little wheat), but a close family member does and for that reason I’m often interested when I see new gluten-free products. I bought a package of Gluten Free Sensations’ Cream of Brown Rice at Meijer in Michigan, and have greatly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, their products are not available in stores outside of the Midwest, but can be purchased online.
