I’ve been working with John & Annabell for over 10 years! I volunteer for a not-​for-​profit convention and HW Image Works has always provided excellent service as well as the best prices! Recently, we had a small order of customized beach towels. The order arrived a week before I expected to receive it and under our budget! And, the towels are super soft! I’m a very happy client and I recommend HW Image Works to everyone!

Friendly staff and with pretty good price. What I like about Unilocal is that you can be honest about your experience. The only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 is because I felt that their response time was a bit slow at first. I called and was asked to send an email with the logo for some work shirts to be embroidered. I had to follow up 2 times before I received an actual price and time frame for completion and even if my logo was compatible. That said, the embroidery came out great. Better then I’ve seen in the past with other companies in the desert. Customer service was great. And the price was actually the best after doing my research. Best of all they were able to get my shirts done a couple of days before my company began operation and that I appreciate. Other companies didn’t seem to care about my last minute deadline. Now I feel bad for giving this company a 4 after all the good things that came out of it… but I have to be honest. When a company says to send them your logo and they will get back to you and they don’t, that can’t be good. Almost a week later I had to follow up. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were really busy. I would totally recommend them to other people.
