When you first walk into West Oaks Dental Arts, you might mistaken it for a high-​end spa, because the décor and atmosphere is so relaxing, serene and welcoming. Dr. Chen is exceptionally professional, skillful and very personable. That is exactly why my family has been going to him for years and we never consider switching dentist despite the long drive. My kids loves him cuz he is simply the best and the only one with such gentle hands and patience! He listens to our concerns and always provides the best advice in terms of treatment. Dr. Chen also has a great sense of humor that instantly eases my kids’ fears of going to the dentist. The office staff is always cheerful and friendly. I go to Dr. Chen because he is very honest and professional. He does not recommend unnecessary procedures and truly cares more about your dental health than making money. The office is beautiful, pleasant and calming. Best of all, he is very gentle, when he works on you, it’s not painful!

You know dentists get a bad rep because they scare you with all those tools. But Dr Chen is so good that you have nothing to fear. The cleaning tool he uses works faster so your cleanings won’t take as long. Go see Dr Chen he will fix all your toofies and remember to brush before coming in because no one likes smelly breath!

Dr Chen is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. I have very sensitive gums and he always gives me a numbing rinse before he personally cleans my teeth. My two daughters and husband also see him for their dental care. We have been patients for 10 years and would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended, without hesitation!

Dr. Chen is great — went to him after going through a nightmare dentist that botched a standard filling for a cavity that left my teeth very sensitive and when I went back to get it fixed told me I needed a root canal! What?! When Dr. Chen took a look, he identified the issue right away and all he had to do was just slightly shave off part of the tooth that was causing the sensitivity and discomfort. And voila, everything was back to normal.
Been with Dr. Chen for 7 years now, and every time, he is an absolute professional — on time, caring, knowledgeable, gentle, and just excellent as a dentist. Has since brought my entire family to him as well as close friends and acquaintances.
