TO Salon Suites

Came here after looking for someone that could do a relaxer. My friend who had known that I was looking for someone since my favorite hair dresser moved out of LA used to do it for me, I was now without it. :(The last when I got my hair relaxed was in the Dominican Republic. So a friend mentioned Christine over at TO Salon.
I called her and made an appointment the next day! I hate having to wait weeks in advance for appointments I barely know what I’m going to do today. As soon as I got there, Christine started to work on me. She was fast, clean and definitely knew the job. I was so excited to see the final product. :) Christine is a very lovely hair stylist that offers many other services. I definitely know who to call next time I need my hair relaxed! Thank you Christine!

I got waxed by Maggie today, she is amazing, super quick and the wax she uses is really good quality, I wasn’t red at all afterward and it got all of the hair. I’ve gotten waxed tons of times and this was honestly the best experience I’ve had being waxed.

I have been to many stylists but never was anyone as rude & unprofessional as Courtney. I wanted to find someone closer to home & a friend mentioned Salon Suites. I myself am a business owner & even with the worst type of customers, you have to maintain a level of respect & courtesy. Courtney obviously did not. Her people skills & customer relations are very weak. No one has to be embarrassed in front of other stylists & clients, while your own stylist is raising her voice & loosing her cool. I am the client after all, I don’t think I was trying to be difficult. I was explaining what I want in a civilized manner, not anger. On top of my experience, I feel that she made up an amount so I would never return, way higher than all the other times, which I paid gracefully including a nice tip. I will not be back.

April is hands down the best hair dresser I’ve ever been to. I found her through groupon and she immediately booked an appointment the next day. This girl is so knowledgeable friendly and talented it’s crazy. I came in with very damaged brassy blonde hair and she transitioned me back to my natural dark brown color in a way that seemed like magic I seriously have new hair. my boyfriends bought that I was wearing the wig because the texture is so different, I feel like I’m living pentene Pro V commercial she really listens to you and is incredibly honest and never over promises anything. Her talents speaks for itself.

I met April by going through groupon. I called the add and she answered me right away. She is the sweetest person, very professional, and most important she is a very good hair dresser. I highly recommend her.

This is a very cool place! Lots of individual rooms for different beauty vendors… Hair salons, waxing, threading, tanning, etc. Whatever you need, its here. :) Ive only seen Andrea at Sweetest Skin, but the place seems to run like a well-​oiled machine!

This review is for Annie Dobie’s waxing. I have been to several different places in the last 10 years for waxing and Annie is in the top two! She is very thorough and professional and does an excellent job — and, while I know waxing is not completely painless, Annie’s waxes are definitely far, far less painful than some others I’ve had. She is also friendly and kind and makes you feel completely at ease. If you need a wax while in Thousand Oaks, I highly recommend Annie Dobie!

Dena is such a wonderful hairdresser. Her suite is designed to perfection, as is the whole establishmenr.

Robin Ramos is a genius beauty therapist. She was so welcoming, super friendly and so caring about my skin concerns, I was absolutely in great hands. I have had facials in many different counties and I am very impressed by Robin. She is very knowledgeable having had over 20 years in the industry. She uses only organic products which are just divine. It was my first visit but certainly not my last. I thoroughly recommend Robin to anyone looking for a caring reasonably priced knowledgeable beauty therapist in Thousand Oaks. You will have a great time

I drive to this salon to see April from Upland (about an hour and a half — I know!). She’s excellent. She goes beyond my personal expectations and makes the drive and the price worth it all. I personally love trying new things with my hair while keeping it looking as natural and effortless as possible. Knowing that, she makes sure that I leave happy and looking my best. Please come here and see her — you won’t regret it!

I always go in for my regular haircut as usual but yesterday i felt very welcomed i was greeted very pleasantly and i felt more welcomed than ever after having a bad day at work it sure helps for some one to put a smile back on your face! Plus my haircut was done amazingly as always!

Andraya Gipson, comes highly recommended to anyone who would like a five-​star hair makeover. For the first time in a long time… I left her awesome semi-​private «Salon Suites» feeling like a true rock-​star! Thank you so much Andraya. The atmosphere and concept of apartment style salon is super fun and very intimate. No chaos of a loud and busy environment. Nice!

This place is great. It’s a class joint. Co-​owner Donna Bard treats you like a glamour queen as you sit in her beautiful semi private suite and get treated to great hair color and cut. I recently found my former brow professional there as well at Better Brows with Jen. What a way to go, hair, color and brows in one place. They have more services too, an excellent array of beauty and health services under one glamorous roof. Try it, you’ll love it.

Val is the absolute best hair dresser and manicurist I’ve ever been to. I have been going to her for years and would HIGHLY recommend her.

I’ve been going to Annie Dobie for six years now. She’s great. She’s moved now to Sola Spa a new place in Thousand Oaks off Moorpark Road in Thousand in Janss
Village. It’s a beautiful place but not quite done yet. She is the sweetest person and very good friend, my sister-​in-​law & niece go to her also. That’s how I found about her and she hooked me up with Laurie Wiley at 3835 Salon who does my hair. Good work Annie.

Such a beautiful place! Private suites that are all so private, beautiful, and professional. Such a great vibe inside, everyone is so friendly. Val is an amazing hairdresser and manicurist specializing in gel nails definitely call her for an appointment (805)208−5354. They have everything there from hair, nails, tanning, waxing, facials, make up, diet dr, etc.

I am not a Unilocaler but a friend told me I had a complainer… I should not have to defend myself but after 110 buys I had only one complaint… that speaks volumes!

Annie Dobie has to be the most disorganized person I have ever met! I bought a deal from Conejo Deals, first trying to get a hold of her was awful, then when she finally got back and I made my appointment she called me when I was in the car, to tell me the appointment was later, so I waited in the parking lot. Then 20 minutes before she called again to cancel. So I make another appointment off course after the deal expired (she said she would honor the deal). So I have to reschedule cause I am having surgery and when I call, she says she cannot honor the deal cause I canceled too short notice! Really? She canceled 20 minutes before! Well I talk to my friend that did use the deal and she tells me that actually it was better I did not go, cause Annie burned her with the wax… girls, it was a bikini wax! ouuch! so stay away from her… yea 1 stars… I think 0 is not an option in Unilocal
